Description

Members and other volunteers operate the Museum. It is one of three components of the Museums of San Benito. The other two are the Texas Conjunto Hall of Fame and the Freddy Fender Museum. The mission of the San Benito History Museum is to chronicle, protect and preserve the history and cultural heritage of the City of San Benito, Texas and surrounding communities.

The person who works here was super welcoming. I had a really enjoyable experience, and I personally think it was very cool. Everything about it was just a very cool experience and I would definitely go there again. The vibe there was very cool and it was super interesting looking at the old things. I really liked it honestly.
Our large group really enjoyed visting Hollister Museum, especially the guide that we had! It is a beautiful restored house and learned about the history of Hollister area.

The Coarsegold Historic Museum includes three historic  buildings that provide information about the Chukchansi, Mono and Miwok Indian cultural heritage, explorers search for gold, followed by those settling on 160 acre homesteads. Past Times. ****
