San Carlos Imports

My new TV cabinet and sofa table came today. Took about 3 1/2 weeks from order date…but I have to tell you worth the wait! They are beautiful! And the shipping and packaging was beyond my expectations! They arrived today…and it’s raining! But because it was packed so well it didn’t get one drop of rain on it! I would recommend their products to anyone! Beautiful!

After waiting over 5 months for a bed which I'd ordered from another manufacturer which was backordered every three weeks each time it was supposed to have been delivered, I got another back order notice and sleeping on the floor the whole time, I called San Carlos about this bed that I had seen on their site. It came in 3 weeks and I could not be happier. Rachel kept in touch with me right up through delivery, which included a very helpful driver. The bed is 10x more solid than the original one I'd ordered and I like it even more.

First class products. Helpful staff. I picked up to save some freight money. They wrapped and prepared my purchase like it was going on a long trip. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased furniture online from San Carlos Imports on November 26th. I received my order today, December 15th and everything is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was extremely responsive when I inquired regarding approximate shipping timeline, and the courier they used for delivery Daylight Transportation was wonderful as well. People need to remember that while things move fast in the world of Amazon etc, traditional mom and pop shops might need a bit more time to process and ship orders. I would absolutely purchase from this company again- thank you for such a great customer experience!

Stopped by here to check on a dining room chair. Was looking specifically for one like I already purchased elsewhere. This was for a family member. They looked at their stock, found one which was not part of a set and gave me a great price. Loaded it in the back of my SUV and that was that! They were so very nice and helpful and originally didn’t think they had one of what I needed but checked in warehouse again and found one. I will shop here again and recommend it to others. So many places these days act like they don’t care, but they bent over backwards for me! I appreciate it!

This company was top notch. We had some issues along the waydue to issues with the transport company but they worked with us and made sure that we received our table in perfect condition. Absolutely beautiful furniture, and great customer service.

Concerned about buying furniture online? No worries with this business. I found just the piece I wanted. I was given a prompt quote for white-glove service. Raquel kept me in the loop about shipping progress and delivery times and the item is perfect, just as described.

The service is amazing. I want to say that first. I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. The dining chairs I bought arrived packaged so securely that no damage could even be possible during shipping. They are beautiful. They are strong. They are unique and I can see that they are made by hand. My family was weary of my ordering these. All questions ceased when these fabulous chairs arrived. They are perfect.

Buyer beware!!! I made a purchase on 6/23. Nowhere on their website or in my confirmation email did it mention anything about delays. I had to contact them a month later because I had heard absolutely nothing. It’s been a constant run-around. When my vanity did ship, it was apparently sent to New Jersey and I am in Michigan. This was a month ago! We have been calling and emailing both San Carlos and the freight company Roadrunner with promises to get back to us, but they do not. We have to initiate contact every time. San Carlos promises they will get in touch with the freight company and contact us with an update but they do not. When we call the freight company, we are always at least 60-77th in line on hold. My contractor is charging us extra. This is ridiculous. Totally unprofessional! They need to make this right!
