Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for kids, ages 9 months to 18 years old, to learn gymnastics and tumbling. The sport of gymnastics has many benefits; from all around fitness to improving balance, coordination, and flexibility; elements that are key to excelling at at any sport!
We hold ourselves to a higher standard in all that we do. Our facilities hold brand new, state of the art, and age appropriate equipment. Coaches are hired for experience in gymnastics, as well as childcare, with all instructors being USA Gymnastics certified, First Aid Certified and CPR Certified. In addition, SDG has a strict child to teacher ratio to ensure every student gets the attention they need.
