Just purchased our first hot tub from Claudia in September. We shopped about 4 or 5 other places for a Hot Tub and Claudia at Hot Springs Encinitas very helpful and not at all pushy. Each time I called with more questions she was happy to answer them and unlike some other dealers she didn't put down the competition or their product. She was knowledgeable about the tub and how it compared to other brands which we were shopping. We love the hot tub, it is very nicely made and the family loves it. It makes for great family time together. Regret not buying a larger tub.
I came in to the Encinitas store and spoke with Claudia after one year of ownership of my Limelight Flare Model Hot Springs spa. She was extremely instrumental in restocking the chemicals that I needed for my spa after my second drain & refill. I knew what to get as I had taken the "Water Care" class at the Encinitas store in the past. Claudia guided me to making purchases that were economically more efficient for me. The Encinitas Hot Springs Spa store has been so helpful with upgrading me from my original spa choice at a roadshow at Costco, their water care classes, and replenishing chemicals needed to maintain my spa. I always feel well taken care of and informed when I visit the Encinitas Hot Springs Spa store. Thank you Claudia and staff!
we just bought a spa from the Encinitas store and Claudia was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about the spas and helped us pick out the perfect one for our needs without being pushy. We have only had our spa less than two weeks and already LOVE LOVE LOVE it! We are so happy we purchased this spa, from your company, and that we had Claudia helping us!
Thank you Claudia and Robert!! We bought a salt water Pulse hot tub from Claudia. She was detailed. helpful and informative. We needed it in a hurry for a sick relative and she called all over San Diego to find the model we wanted -in stock and had it delivered that week! Robert, their technician, came out to train us on the maintenance and patitently, carefully explained the steps—the how and the why. He takes educating clients and caring for the hot tub seriously. We cannot say enough good things about this company- from start to finish.
I purchased a Highlife Envoy NXT Spa in July 2017 with the ace salt water sanitizing system. This spa seats five large adults and is 38" high with most spa's only 33" in height. I worked with Claudia the store manager for about three months to finalize the purchase, she is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. I previously owned a hot springs sovereign spa that lasted 17 years. I use the spa every morning and some nights. The water is crystal clear and always at 102 degrees. Weekly and monthly maintenance once learned is easy. The delivery and pickup of my old spa was excellent and the service to get it up and running was seamless. You will love your new spa experience. What are you waiting for!
HotSpring Spas is a great place to buy and maintain your portable spa. Claudia was so helpful and fantastic with instructing us on how to care for our new spa. With it being our first spa, I returned and called many times to get further questions answered and trouble shoot my problems. We purchased the spa to help my bad back and it has been a big help. We have noticed the added benefit of like stress relief and better sleep.
We purchased a hot springs spa so far it’s been wonderful. Claudia in the Encinitas store was helpful and professional to deal with. Delivery went well and even when there was a snag the company drove out an accessory that was left off the truck. Our family is very active and the water therapy is helping with recovery.
Bought my spa from Hot Spings Spa in 2017. Had an issue with the maintenance light coming on. They have excellent customer service and are very responsive. Scheduled a tech, Robert, to come out and service the SPA. He walked me through the maintenance process and it works great. Love the spa and great customer service. The spa is used at least 2-3 times a day and we couldn't be more happy with it.
Thanks to Robert Terry from Hot Springs Spas who went above and beyond today to tune-up my spa and get it working well! I especially appreciate it while it is cold and we really want to use it. Robert showed me some good tips for easy maintenance and cleaning and reviewed everything I need to know for regular care AND zipped off to the store to get me the products I needed.
We purchased a Hot Springs Spa and could not be happier with Claudia who answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and supported us through the whole process.
