We have been to quite a few events at Pechenga Arena and always have a great time. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. We went last night to see Muse what a concert!. I purchased the Preferred Parking which is great. $80 and access in and out of the parking is quick and easy. Preferred Parking also comes with access to the Stella Artois Lounge and a "skip the line" pass we joke because it says may not skip the bathroom or concessions lines. The lounge is great, it is a nice, relaxing place to sit before and even during some of the show if you like. There is a full bar and a menu you can order food from and the amazing staff will bring it to you. There is also a set of restrooms inside the lounge and just outside by the floor access. Last night we were even treated to some live pre-show music in the lounge. The only downside is I am not sure how accessible it is, lounge is down a large flight of stairs and I have not seen an elevator but may be out of our site. Acoustics in the arena are pretty good and the seating is decent. We were pretty close and my only issue is the section we were in seems to be mobile or on rollers so when people jump up and down, you can get a bit sea sick it was awful when we took my daughter to see Shawn Mendes, too much movement. Other than that, love the venue! Really don't think there is a bad seat in the house.
Went to a Rauw Alejandro concert recently, and it was good. However, the best part for me was when the Jabbawockeez came out and performed. We had decent seats, and lines to get in weren't too bad. The drinks were on the expensive side. Overall, it was a great experience. I did see a Monster Truck Show a while back and thought it was too small a venue for that. The kids liked it regardless.
Went for hot wheels monster trucks with the family a few months ago. Great time. Easy access from parking to venue. Tight parking and over priced snake and drinks to be expected. All around fun and great location. Not a bad seat in the building.
The seat and stairs are very thight, parking its small, but for concerts has very good acoustics, we went for Evanescence and Muse concert and was great
Went to a concert here and was impressed by the helpful staff and great crowd. Had a great time and will visit again. Nice establishment. Old school performers....GINUWINE!!
Standard arena. The AC units definitely work. It was pretty cold for the concert I saw. Cashless arena. Point of note if you need handicap parking. It's first come first serve and it's all in one spot, on one side. Also shared with employees. So, plan your seats wisely or you may have a long trek. But, get there early enough and you might catch the fireworks from SeaWorld. Was not happy about being forced to watch commercials between acts.
Went here for UFC fight night and I must say, we had such a great time. Yes, it's an old arena, very outdated but seats were comfortable no cup holder though and good AC. I liked the wide stairways, not steep at all...best of all, had an amazing view of the event and we were near the top level which is why I like smaller arenas. A tall person sat in front of me but didn't block my view all. The event charged $35 for parking. Overall, had a great experience here.
Came here multiple times for concerts. Not a big fan of the midway district in general but this arena is very safe. We’ve used their parking lot before too-pretty reasonable. Traffic does back up but there are many staff doing traffic control. Parking lot is a safe/secured area. You go through security coming into the arena. I feel safe there. Sound system in the arena is fantastic and many different light shows presented during concerts. We are always checking their calendar so we can come back!
Great small venue to watch National Lacrosse League. Not really a bad seat in the house and never very crowded. Have gone to two lacrosse games here so far and would go again.
Ok theres a lot of improvements needed from my point of view. You need to improve the car access definitely, I paid $35 for parking after wait more than 45min to get in. Security Check Points wait lines are ok, due to guards need to verify everyone. But It’s a nightmare found entrances for cars and nobody controls the traffic outside, either are signals. There was an mid—open slide door not able for the cars and theres space so people from outside can come in and look into your cars if you are lucky otherwise you know what will happen. Cleaning inside needs to improve, my area LB20 stinks like vomit and we just arrived before the concert starts.
