WIC is a federally-funded health and nutrition program for women, infants, and children.
WIC helps pregnant women, new mothers and young children eat well, stay healthy, and be active. WIC provides checks for nutritious foods. These checks can be used at most stores. You can use the checks to purchase items like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, cereal, baby food, milk (including soy milk), eggs, cheese, tofu, peanut butter, beans, and juice. Infant formula is also provided. Checks are worth between $50-$150 a month per participating family member. We have convenient hours to accomodate your needs - Open evenings and Saturdays.
