San Dimas Royal Mobile Home Park

We came to visit a friend and the entire place is clean and it is quiet day and night.

Such a quaint senior park, with activities for their residents to enjoy. Unfortunately, due to Cov-19, things are closed and until further formal notices are made for the safety's sake of everybody! Stay safe for everyone's sake. Please!

I have lived here for 11 years and have never regretted moving here. For the most part everyone is friendly the grounds are keep up well , the pool area is beautiful. The managers are so nice to deal with and try to keep us seniors involved with activities, games, pot lucks, etc for anyone who likes to be involved. If there are any concerns of any kind they are taken care of ASAP. If you are ever in the area stop by and say hi. Great place to live.

This used to be such a great place to call home, unfortunately 4 years ago our previous managers resigned and new ones came in and really started off great, but now 4 years later this place has turned into a dump being used as nothing but a storage facility for the managers and all their stuff, a semi truck, a huge 5th wheel taking up half of our RV parking area, a clubhouse that smells horrible from dogs being loose in there, molding food in the refrigerator and freezer and yet they cannot enforce any rules because they are the biggest offenders of those rules. Until things around here change I would recommend looking elsewhere!!!!!

Went to drop someone off...walked in to her mobile home. It was the first time I had ever been inside a mobile home...any way I was impressed. After seeing this one, I think I could actually call one of these things home. At least now it's an option.

Super clean. Residents take great care to maintain the serenity and cleanliness of the place. Too many speed bumps though.

Visited friends who live in the park, had a marvelous, fun evening.

Awesome place to visit. Well kept and lovely people. Manager is Doing a swell job.
