The food is normally pretty good. Sometimes my sandwich will be messed up and not always have what I ordered but it still tastes OK. Customer service is lacking in people skills and speed. Went through the drive through, no one else ahead of me. Was asked to wait for a minute by cashier, after 12 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order. Me and the other cars in line behind me all left.
It was a really good sandwich! The Cole slaw wasn’t my favorite but the sandwich was amazing! The sour dough club was my favorite. It’s also nice that it’s part of a gas station we went and got a drink from the gas station instead of soda.
Wanted to take my wife out for a quick lunch date. We’re living in Payson and we wanted to try somewhere closer but we saw sour dough and couldn’t resist. We tried two signature sandwiches. The sourdough club and the pastrami topped with coleslaw. Both very different but very good. They said the first started in Boise and the owner really wanted to bring it down to Utah. We decided to buy two loaves 21” to take home and make French toast out of. Both of them were only 4 dollars. Yup coming back!
This is such a find. It's inside a gas station so people I feel like either don't trust it or don't realize it's there. But they have the best sandwiches you will find. Served on freshly baked sourdough. Staff is friendly. Worth eating at for sure.Food: 5/5
If you’re hungry and want your food immediately….. DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve come here more than a few times and the wait WITHOUT any customers in front of you is on average about 18 minutes. Not kidding whatsoever. Also, don’t order the meatball sub. The meat that makes up the ball, doesn’t seem to be fully cooked. It’s not raw, it’s just not cooked to a full color or the flavor that it could potentially be. The food here is not good enough for me to ever return again and do that long wait. Maybe the owners could sit in the lobby and watch the sandwich makers chat on their cell phones and to each other. Why would anyone want to go to a restaurant and watch sandwich workers take waaaaaaaay longer to make than it’s supposed to take?
In response to Samantha Anderson, yes they are all under age kids working there doing their best! You should get your facts straight before you accuse people by name! I have not worked there in months so you did not see me drop bread on the floor then serve it to customers also so sorry kids complain about being tired in the morning but they are still there every day keeping the place running for every customer even the mean nasty ones who have never worked customer service a day in their life. This place, the food & the staff is amazing treat people nice they will treat you nice nobody is perfect!
Drive thru- was extremely slow service, then our entire order was wrong, and though it was edible, it was not at all as good as we hoped it would be. Likely won't go here again.Food: 3/5
this place is poorly ran. The manager Mckiel doesn’t seem she does the job or train the employees. They are always on their phone including her. I can always hear them complaining in the mornings about their job saying how tired and annoying it is when customers come in. Kendall if i’m right is always yelling and complaining. The other day, I pulled to the drive through and saw a girl who barely looked 17 vaping with the manager. The same girl who I saw vaping araeiya i’m sure dropped the bread on the floor, picked it back up and served it to a customer…seriously!! i can’t believe this place! They need to act more professional. it seems it’s ran by 10 year olds. They don’t seem to care or have any respect. I used to love coming to this place but from these past few weeks i can’t keep coming back.
The sandwiches here are literally so amazing and the staff is very kind and they try their best. Areigha, Kendall, and Kell are awesome workers! It’s a very clean place and they put up with a lot!
This was a $5.49 sandwich...really really small portion size for that price. The warm bread was good, but a cold sandwich the bread was tough and chewy. For the prices and portion sizes...go downtown for subway or jimmy johns. Service was slow but friendly.
