About the Gallery
The Museum Studies Program possesses an Exhibit Gallery, called the Becker-Colonna Gallery, and a collection of objects from ancient Egypt and the ancient world.
The Gallery will be closed Fall, 2014 to reorganize and move the collections to a new space in the Fine Arts Building.
Opening in November, 2015, the new gallery will feature an exhibition highlighting our Sutro Egyptian Collection and a sample of new collections under our stewardship. In meantime, visit some of our objects at the SFO Museum, San Francisco International Airport, in the Egyptian Revival exhibition, opening in January 2015! Contact us for more information about the SFO exhibit, or about future programs in our new facility.
