I spent memorial Day weekend with my friend who lives there and had no problems whatsoever a few people asked me who I was politely , and I never take offense of that because that's what I would do

Manager is a HAG!! They advertise for sale but yell at you for being there on their property ‍

Don't recommend this place if the owners and or employees are as rude and unwelcoming as this lady. I legit just called the number listed on Google which by the way has no closing times listed. But a woman called back and was extremely rude. She asked why I was calling the number with the nastiest attitude. I told her because the number is listed as an RV Park. And then she goes, we're closed this late, as if I was bothering her. Yet, this is a business. I told her that the number is listed as a business on Google and I was looking for an RV park. She was extremely rude and had such a nasty attitude. She hung up on me and didn't even finish the conversation. Like wow! What a nag. She needs training or something. And by something I mean she needs to not be involved with this place. She was a complete b***h.

The park managers are very nice we lived in the park for a few months and had to move for medical reasons. We visit them once in a while. They are almost family. Tenants there are friendly and the managers are constantly improving the place. Many amenities including riverfront access and boat launch

A good friend lived there which just recently past, he loved his place of residence and planned on staying as long as he did. Your in my thoughts always, Doug Martin.

The landlords are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't even communicate with each other. They charge way too much money for not offering amenities and the landlords are notorious for taking your property. They will air your business in front of other tenants and constantly repeat themselves. The landlords are the worst people i have ever dealt with and they use personal conflicts in order to get you to move out. They are also terrible at money mismanagement...and lie constantly about dollar amounts upon payments. They are hardly ever in their office. If you have children....the landlords are quick to try to discipline your children without consent.

We live in the park next door to them and manage over here. Not only is the manager over there unprofessional and rude to the point of where he cusses, he is quick to kick people out of his park. The owner of the park is all about money and when they needed to take care of a tree from their property that was over grown onto their side they said it wasn't in their budget to have it trimmed and disposed of. Their tree not only was over grown but grew around cables for people's internet and cable not to mention power lines. We were without internet service and tv for over a week. I work from home and lost many clients since no service to do my job. The cable company told their manger that they need to keep their tree under control and the manger basically told him to screw off. Very unprofessional. Then my husband had to take care of trimming the tree and disposal of it the day before he was having a major back procedure. We billed them for the work and labor and disposal costs which still has not been paid and it's been over 2 months. Worse service ever. He shouldn't even be allowed to manage.

Worst Rv Manager there is..Does business with Ppl in need of money on RV payments, and Manager is Very very Rude!

Poorly managed, overgrown messy landscape, 1 grouchy staff. Expensive... Excellent river access though
