Don't do it.. they are beyond disorganized and all of their billing is managed by a third party. You will be overcharged and greatly regret the day you gave them business because getting that overpayment is a nightmare
Dr .chung is a good doctor. Unfortunately when you go to see her..well that is if her staff answers the phones ever. Where you can get an appointment. Start calling 3 months in advance.And then the waiting area has caution tape and broken chairs. Broken blood pressure machine. The restroom is littered with debris. They make up invisible charges. Say you mised an appointment that you never made. Because how could you..her staff never answers the phones. So if you can get in to see her ...Good luck.

This place is awful. I have been trying to get my medications straight for 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails with no reply back. I then find out my FNP does not any longer work there. This whole experience has traumatized me. I am currently looking for another PCP . This organization only wants your money they could care less about your health.
When I called the MRI and Lab to get instructions the ladies on the other line were so nice and helpful. Upon arrival the parking was easy. The building is very outdated but the Customer service is exceptional. My 10 year old was getting an ultrasound and lab work. The receptionist was awesome. The nurse was amazing with my nervous kiddo. She had her giggling and just the sweetest. The lady in the lab was just as sweet and so gentle with her. She left with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend this facility. The people who work there are true professionals and care for their patients. Thank you!!!!
I feel like they don’t even deserve a star but this is the most unprofessional and poorly ran offices I’ve ever been to! They got my husbands paperwork for short term disability on the 9th and still haven’t filled it out, their excuse was they had questions that need answers from the patient but didn’t call my husband at all to get them answered. This paperwork is time sensitive and they had till the end of the month to fill it out, well low and behold its the end of the month and the paper work is not done and the doctor refuses to fill it out until the end of the day when he has seen every patient…..they also never called to inform him of his medication dosage being changed and every time he calls he is put on hold….. this very day he is at the doctors right now waiting in the waiting room for his short term disability paper work and they still haven’t had it done and they close at 5….. They will be having a lawsuit in their hands soon If you need anything important filled out or if you just need medical care in general I advise you to seek out somewhere else to be treated
The doctor's office doesn't close till 5pm i tried calling 7 different times starting at 3:45 each time the phone rang about 5 to 6 times and someone hung up the phone . this is what you call poor customer service . this isn't the first time this has happened this is on going . The correct way you answer a phone is "Hello Jan Jacinto medical group can you please hold.". office manager needs to do some retraining or fire people who want to work and are not there to collect a pay check. i was trying to find out if they had sent my prescription to the pharmacy so they could refill it. we shall see if they refill it over the weekend ........ again like i said i called at 3:45 and this [lace don't close until 5:00 and you wonder why your ratings are so low........ maybe you should ban personal cell phones while working this is part of the problem as well
Let me start by saying that I Love Kirsten's attitude. She is a great physician and always helpful with taking time to explain things. However, the staff at this place is worthless! Not all, just most. Phone calls are NEVER answered, so don't even bother calling. They will not answer and if by some small chance they do answer, they won't finish your request, nor submit information to the physician, if you are needing medication refills. I had to pay for a visit in which I had insurance coverage, only because the young lady whom I gave my information to, over the phone, after calling 6 times back to back NEVER EVEN LOGGED MY INFORMTION INTO THE SYSTEM! They had me listed as "self pay." I failed to bring my insurance card, due to me already calling and giving them the information, prior to my visit. However, it did not even matter because she was obviously lazy and failed to perform her job duties, by logging in the information. I was NOT happy and it showed!! However, they have ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to play on their cell phones and handle personal business, while neglecting the PLACE of business. I'm am already searching for another Physician. I like Kirsten and this is unfortunate to her. However, this staff needs to get on board or find another job as a telemarketer, since they all like being on their cell phones. Don't waste your time with this place! Find another place to go! #nothappyabouttoday #doyourjob
The 3 stars are literally for Dr. Chung. She is the best doctor there. But as for the front desk people.. you call and call and no one ever answers the phone. Which is a huge issue because you can't go in to be seen without making an appointment.. in order to schedule that appointment, you have to call.. See where I'm going with this? How are people supposed to schedule appointments if no one ever answers the phone?! Completely unprofessional.
The "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" at this place. Horrible billing department. Staff has terrible attitude. Prescriptions don't get called in. Phone rings, then they hang up on people. Entire staff at this location has absolutely unprofessional approach. Save your energy, your time & your hard earned money and avoid this medical chain. They're location in LaPorte also has bad reviews.
