It was my first time in LA, visiting from Vancouver, Canada. The worker here was so nice, and the food was amazing! I already want to come back to LA just for the food and the exceptional service here.Food: 5/5

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a food truck, they allowed my wife to go in the actual building to wash her hands before we ate. Although the food was fresh and hot, the meat wasn't seasoned well to us. If it had been just seasoned a little bit, we would have given it 5 stars.Food: 3/5
Some of the best Bierria Tacos and Burritos around the Valley. The Ramen Bierria was sooooo meaty and delicious.Food: 5/5
Been here a couple times now and tried a variety of selections from the menu. Enjoyed everything, but the consomme is definitely a highlight. Carrying it home I could smell the aroma even though I was outdoors and wearing a facemask. Have noticed that the line can be long in the evening, so would advise calling ahead to order.
Some nights when it’s late and the munchies hit, I lay awake thinking about the tacos at Birrieria San Marcos. These are by far the best Birria tacos I have had from California to New York! I stood in the line, waited patiently for my order and then I was in heaven. You can taste the love and and passion these tacos are made with in every bite. The consume is dripping with flavor and elevates the equally flavorful tacos to another level. I love the cool tartness of the radishes served along side fresh pico. Eating these delicious tacos under the LA sun is peak happiness for me. I can’t wait for my next trip back home to my beloved home state of California. I’m coming back for your Birrieria San Marcos! The birria tacos Dorados I ordered had no taste/flavor. The taco shells seemed to be store bought. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to some real good tacos and spent $8 +$, on 2 tacos that I didn't eat.Food: 1/5
One of my fave taco spots; def my fave birria spot!! I love everything I've had. Love the addition of the torta one of my fave items and the San Marcos tacos dorados both posted on the side of building. This location is a walk up. Not really much to complain about, except I like my ramen a bit more translucent; i like the noodles mostly cooked before adding consome which has a decent amount of meat. So, I typically get the consome and make my own birria ramen. The biggest fault would be the onions are always old and quesadilla is never crispy. It's allllways soggy, but good. I rarely get it. You can't really go wrong with whatever you try. I haven't had the burrito yet. The rice and beans are good. The drinks are stellar. Give it try. I've been to the NoHo location and it's equally good; I just don't remember if they the same exact menu. Vegetarian options: Umm no. It's birria. Kid-friendliness: If they like birria, then yes. Parking: Depending on what time you get there you may be able to park right out front. Otherwise, there's a lot out back and parking on the side. Wheelchair accessibility: You're fine; it's a walk up. Dietary restrictions: It's a birria spot. If you can't have dairy omit the cheese.
We ordered the queso tacos and the new taco specialbirria, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream and cheese. Everything was delicious!. Hot and fresh. Their horchata is great too!
Saw this place on Tiktok & Instagram and had to try them out. OMG They exceeded my expectations. I've never had such flavorful and delicious birria tacos! They don't have any indoor seating available right now but they are a MUST TRY! Ordered some aguas frescas strawberry & horchata to go along our food and they were so fresh and refreshing! Fast & friendly service. Will come again.
