Went to the ER no more than a month ago on account of my palpitations. My last visit was before the start of the pandemic and I must say the current state of hospital is a far cry from before! It appeared cleaner and the service more efficient! From the admitting, triage and actual treatment it was done with such professional care. The nurses were very helpful and reassuring, and doctor made sure that I was informed of the whatever they were doing. Overall, it was a very good experience even if I was scared as I thought I was having a heart attack! Kudos to the ER staff! More power to you guys!
I only spoke to one nurse for 60 seconds of the 5 hours I was there . I sat in a room by myself for 4 hours and noone came in . There was blood on my bed . I could have got better care at McDonald's.
The Asian nurses are extremely rude , unprofessional, and prejudice to Latinos. I'm not racist I'm just stating the facts of the way Asian people act towards Spanish speaking people no matter man or woman here . They make you feel unwelcomed. Like you don't belong here. Segregation by people who's parents or they themselves are immigrants. Disgusting. The rest of the staff are wonderful.
Doctors were not friendly, had a suspected COVID-19 person in the waiting room with me the entire time, no more than three feet apart. If I have the virus, I now know where I got it from. Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had, waited 30-50 minutes before any nurse or doctor could assist me and when they did, they sent me home almost immediately.
I was seen in the emergency room department for an infection and didn't have insurance coverage. I spent 2 + hours before getting any sort of treatment. I don't agree with how they treated me, both in the treatment office and discussing what I would be charged for being seen there. After getting an X-ray done, and sitting in there nurses room for hours I was told I would need minor surgery otherwise the infection could spread,but then told I would have to pay the cost for this visit other wise I wouldn't get a simple drainage for the infection, the actual surgery needed, or any future care. I explained I couldn't afford the amount they were asking for, over $900 for this visit alone where the only treatment performed was being diagnosed with the infection and an x-ray, then was told I can't come back for any services in the emergency room no matter what until I had a zero balance.
Couldnt even get through a phone call without the operator giving me wrong information because they wouldnt listen to me. I need to go to the er, urgent care wont accept my insurance and this person will only keep repaeting we are not urgent care. No duh, i didnt say i needed urgent care i said i couldnt go to urgent care. Why are people i swear. I just need cruthces and an xray damnnnn
The worst health care service you can receive!!! Came here with an emergency, sat down in line for 1.5 hours, no one checked on me or told me how long more to wait, still sitting in line writing this review!!! So if you have an option, don’t come here !!!
They helped me quickly with an emergency. Very professional staff and was as decent an experience as an emergency can be.
We waited to see a doctor for about an hour with our 5 month old baby in the middle of the night and there was no line at check-in, we were there alone. Not sure why it took them so long.
I have waited over three hours and don’t think i am close to be taken care of. If they cannot so many patients, then don’t accept new patients. I think they didn’t call anyone for over an hour. Hated this place will never come.
