Debit sales don't work at the pump, because the data doesn't enter for your card pin. You must use credit, and enter your billing zip code.
Google should immediately take this station out. It is a military gas station and citizens are not allowed.
Was nearly completely out of gas. Saw gas station on Google Maps. Called the place just to be sure I could get gas there. I asked the lady if this was a real gas station and if i could stop to get gas. She politely said yes and that was it. Sign before exit said “no services” but the lady told me I could get gas there. Took exit. There is an armed military guard and we turn around deciding we’ll run out of gas just getting past this checkpoint if we even can. The lady on the phone never told us it was a military gas station or that there was a checkpoint. Other reviews says it’s not open to the public and I cannot confirm that. So, if you’re a civilian, better off taking the next exit if you can make it. Luckily, we did.
Big gas station with Diesel Fuel, this was an excellent fuel stop. Driving big moving truck with trailer and had no problems. Prices are few cents cheaper, beautiful Ocean views while pumping, firestone and snack shop. Right off the freeway, have ID ready to show US Marine at gate.
The service center never finishes vehicles on time. The last three times I have had tires installed, they told me when to come back to get the vehicle, and the vehicles were never ready. If u value ur time then this is not the place for u. If u want to save a few bucks on zero sales tax then this place maybe for u.
Nice location for those that needs quick gas fill up and a snack for the road or getting off the road. It is right at the gate entry which is good for those with access that need gas to go back into traffic. It's a good team up there.
Times are tough and gas prices reflect that. However there is light in the darkness and you can save a little money if you know how and where. Their prices here are usually .15 to .35 cents a gallon cheaper on base than where I can find them in town.
They have gas and it's less expensive than the rest of California. The only downside is you have to be military. But if you've got that, highly recommend.
Take off Google maps if it's restricted access. I ran out of gas trying to make it there only to be turned around by military as I begged for any possible recourse. This is dangerous.
It is a military gas station. Google Map or the Google Map Reviews don't mention the fact that there are armed guards front the highway off ramp to the gas station. Unless you are military personnel, you cannot even go through. A waste of time.
