The San Pedro Bank Lofts are comprised of eighty nine luxury two story lofts and single story flats. The community is located in the heart of San Pedro’s thriving downtown arts and entertainment district. The Bank Lofts were established on a foundation of rich culture and history by perserving the original facade of the bank of old San Pedro. Lofts range in size from approximately 974 square feet to over 2,600 square feet. There are four internal mezzanines throughout the community for lounging and outdoor entertaining.
