San Roque Florist

The worst florist I have ever encountered. We had flowers delivered to us from out of town through telaflora and they came through San Roque Florist. But when they were arrived they were already wilted. When we called and mentioned it, they just said that they were already wilted when they received them 3 days earlier. Well that's not really my problem. And they should not have accepted poor products from their supplier. They should certainly not pass on the problem to a customer. Good thing there are more florists in Santa Barbara. I would not ever go to this florist again

My grandma has been ordering flowers here for decades. They always remember her favorite flowers, so even if I am across the country and it's her birthday I can always call up San Roque Florists and they put together a beautiful basket or vase and I don't ever have to worry if she will like it or not - they know their customers.

I don't get why everyone says they have poor service. My experience was great! Had my corsage ready in less than an hour!

This shop has been around for a long time. With that comes experience and knowledge. I highly recommend San Roque Florist.
