I love this place. We store our business equipment here and the property managers are so friendly. I love their husky dog too!!!! They go the extra mile to help out wherever they can. This is a very safe and secure lot. We’ve been happy here the past seven years.

Still no security system. Management has said for over 6 months that it is suppose to be fixed and updated. Nothing has happened and likely won't. This place has gone down the tube. Last 1.5 years, you rigs are not safe parked in this alleged "secure " lot. Given enough time, you won't have a catalytic converter.

I found San Tan Self Storage through an online website and reserved my unit solely based on price and location, however it took barely 20 minutes to realize that I had been connected with a great company! I received a call from Bill the manager to ask if I had any further questions and I did. Even though I had been quoted a lower price by the online company that found them he honored it and went a step farther by giving us a military discount also!  When my son and I showed up, Jeanne took great care of us and made sure we had a unit that fit our needs perfectly. The paperwork went quickly without any issues. The whole facility was very clean inside and out. I feel my storage unit and belongings are in safe hands.  I was very impressed with the professionalism, personal and pleasant behavior of Bill and Jeanne. Thanks, guys!!!!

I am in the process of moving and was looking for a secure storage place for my luggage. I came across San Tan Self Storage while driving back home and felt it was clean and very secure, when i saw the storage space. Although i went in at almost closing hours, Manager Bill was very helpful and professional. He thoroughly explained their services along with rules and regulations. I was highly impressed with the Security system and maintenance, not to mention the reasonable price for 5x5 space. I strongly recommend this place to others!

Bill was very easy to work and super friendly. He has two nice little dogs that accompany him in the office. I am storing my RV at San Tan Self Storage and the place looks very secure. No worries and a decent price! I recommend them for your storage needs whether for boats/RVs/cars or to rent a storage locker.

This storage facility is great!  Super friendly staff, very clean and extremely secure.  Some storage facilities seem a little scummy but San Tan Self Storage was the opposite!   The gate locks securely with gate code required for entrance and exit.  I rented a climate controlled unit and it was very pleasant inside.  I wasn't sure my belongings would fit and the manager said he could lease me a second smaller unit for the same price as the larger unit, fortunately everything fit but it was nice to know there were no hidden fees!  Overall this has been a great storage experience!

Best moving experience I have EVER had!!  Easy reservation on unit online. Manager Bill called within hours to confirm. He was waiting for me the day I showed up with my Uhaul truck and helpers. Awesome that they provide new unopened discus locks! I needed to rent an additional unit and Bill was able to accommodate my needs immediately. Since I decided to move during the HOT summer, Bill offered me and my whole crew unlimited bottles of water. Bill is all about customer service & he delivered!

I live in another state than the storage unit we rent which usually would be a challenge for anyone but not at this particular location. When I first rented the storage unit over a year ago in August 2015, I knew I found a great home for our belongings. In the past month of October 2016, I met the new managers and realized the storage accommodations are even more amazing a year later! I couldn't be happier! The entire facility is immaculate, maintained exceptionally well, and the new managers are such a warm and lovely couple, and genuinely care about the individual storage units. You have definitely found the best home in Chandler, AZ!

We have had a great experience renting storage space from San Tan Self Storage. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly each time we've needed them, both of our units are easily accessed, and the rates are very reasonable. This is a place I can comfortably recommend.

I am a delivery driver. I deliver to all kinds of storage facilities. This one is by far the best! Office personal are extremely friendly and helpful. And busy! They always seem to be making improvements or cleaning something. Plus they always have fresh baked cookies. : I have never rented a unit from them but i would before i went any where else. Such a clean environment. Even the renters i have spoken with are enjoyable trustworthy people.
