I have always loved libraries . There is something to be said about walking in and getting the feeling of contentment and discovery. Now that I have a 7 year old I have introduced her to the wonders of discovery. I get super excited because of all the choices ! The Sanborn library is a 5 minute drive from our house so we usually stop in on Thursday its their late night to get books which is a plus! And the staff is just amazing. I always wondered what it took to be a librarian ? They are such a wealth of knowledge, they recommend books and reading levels and showed me a trick or two for my little one . and I was looking for two books , so I called and asked if they were in , and was told that thy were not but they could get the books from another library and it would be about a week. And surprisingly I just received an email that the books were in and it wasn't even a week. I also like that the staff knows us when we come in . Just feels like home . Any questions I have , they always help. I'm just lucky that the library is so close & small enough that it feels personable . What a blessing the library is ! If more children were introduced to the library can you imagine the positive effect it would have on them !! Thank you for being part of our lives and opening up new worlds for my little girl !
Love this library. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful. There is a large selection of books and dvds in there. Highly recommend this library!
I was refused service today at the public Sanborn Library due to my inability to tolerate a mask.

It’s a good library with awesome books and it only cost 5 cents if it’s a day late. It also has many types of books to choose from
Sanborn's own library! Very small and cozy, good selection of media including movies.
Free internet, a few computers to use. Printing is 10 cents a page. Not so sure on the book selection.
Best lil library!
