I do not recommend this establishment.  Ive had several similar situations of staff being rude and unprofessional. If you call here I’m an early bird so I usually go to my appointment about 15-20 mins early and I end up leading an hour and 30 mins to 2 hours later than my appointment time. It’s honestly ridiculous as some instances the place was empty and they didn’t have as much clients compared to other days. In addition, the staff is rude and unprofessional with the exception of 1-2 nurses but majority of them obviously need training on their professionalism and interpersonal skills. They do not care how they talk to you and do not communicate instructions at all so when you are supposed to do something but you don’t do it they get mad but they never made it cleared to what you needed to do. Also, during one of my appointments I was in the middle of talking you the doctor when they decided to cut it short so they can sing happy birthday and cut a cake to one of the nurses. I was very bothered by this experienced as it showed that they do not treat their working hours serious. To put simply, this establishment is unprofessional, the service is lousy, the nurses are lazy and rude, and they take forever to get to you. Be prepared to leave 2 hours after your appointment and be prepared for a rude experience. Not coming here ever again. To be clear, The doctors are it’s just the nurses.

You make an appointment... Get here 30 minutes early just to be seen on time and they still call you in 15 minutes after the appointment time and have you waiting another hour in the room... All the rooms are filled with patients while the doctor is in the Hall talking to either her nurses or vendors about her kids skiing trip or her kids science projects... Need to change my doctors office ASAP!!

Tried to make an appointment and was told I could only make an appointment over the phone. Made my "appointment" only for them to call an hour earlier then agreed on while I was at work. Called back when I had agreed to make the appointment and was told they would call me back. Called back an hour later to make sure I hadn't been forgotten and was told with attitude to be patient because it was a window of time and not an appointment this was never mentioned in the 30 minutes it took to make this appointment. All this for them to never call me back. Great service

I called the office to schedule my babies first dr visit and the receptionist was so rude and kept me on hold for more than 11 minutes.  First and last time calling that place.  If this is how I’m treated by phone, I could just imagine being there in person. I’ve switched dr. Sorry, NOT SORRY!

My experience was terrible . This clinic is clean and very spacious . But the workers here are not so good .My dad and I came in this morning at 10:55 , my dad has a sore throat, fever for 2 days ,His whole body in pain could rarely talk ,and walk and the front desk worker still manages to tell us to wait for 4 stupid hours . She settled an appointment for 2:45! That's  out of control . Do the doctors and workers her don't take patients in consideration???

Mrs. Kumar is the best dr I’ve ever had. Very caring and will break down everything you need to know about your health. Motivates you to do better. & she’s bilingual.  Cons about this office are probably the wait times, but overall a great place to get treated.

The front receptionist named Fabiola has the worst customer service, is a very rude person with a little bit of knowledge to how to handle a situation. Should learn something from mari that knows how to do her job better and never gives patients attitude..

This is the poorest service I have ever encountered. The receptionist will place on hold for 20 mins or more for a simple appointment confirmation. Then Doctor will make you wait for more than 30 mins for 15 minutes check up or follow up. I've been wanting to post a review for a long time. But today I was disappointed even for my mother check up.-** Negative 2 stars!!

I have mix fillings about this place. Yes its clean and the P.A's are very knowledgeable and caring. However, there is no MDDoctor I've never met Dr. Sanchezon site.if you have an appointment @ 10am, expect to be seen by the P.A at almost 11 and leave close to 12.If you need to speak to someone about a follow up or have a question for your doctor, you can only speak to a nurse between 2-4pm. once you are transferred then you can wait up to 20 in silencebtw when they transfer you they don't tell you they are transferring you or that you have to wait a long time.

I am beyond upset I just came from this clinic in regards to my children's physical they were not seen because i was 4 min late this is ridiculous i had to take my kids out from school early to make this appointment and they refuse to see my child when they didn't have any other patients..  the girls in the front are beyond rude, ugly attitudes, horrible customer services very unprofessional, can't schedule an appointment right.   DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!! I ALREADY CHANGE MY CHILDREN'S
