I absolutely love the Sanctuary Med Spa and Salon! For starters, it is so beautiful and so clean. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is clear that each staff member wants you to enjoy your experience. I went in for the body contouring and I had results instantly after just one treatment. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment! I highly recommend this Spa to anyone looking for a great experience with real results!
I cannot say enough good things about Sanctuary Spa. I have been there for hydra facials that make my skin look amazing and now I’m doing the 6 week beach body program. Everyone is so supportive and excited to help me get to my goals. I just tried the new body contouring machine and my stomach never looked better!!! My abs are coming back!!! And did I mention that the spa is absolutely gorgeous.....
First of all, Sanctuary Med Spa is a beautiful and nice place to spend some time with your girlfriends or just by yourself. I have to say how I love their body contour treatment. On my first session I've already seen results and can't wait for my next!
I have had such a relaxing and delightful experience at Sanctuary Med Spa and Salon! As USAA Miss Pennsylvania Teen, it is vital for me to look and feel my best when getting ready for appearances and competitions! I wouldn't want to be pampered anywhere else! The atmosphere of the spa is so relaxing, and the workers there are so friendly and make you feel comfortable and like family. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend, and I am definitely going back!!
Wow sanctuary spa is my new favorite spot! Lauren did my nails and honestly they have never looked better she takes her time and really cares... when you walk in the door you feel so welcome excpecially after they offer you a drink alcoholic / non alcoholic! Definitely recommend!
I was referred by a friend to Sanctuary and wow, was it a great recommendation! The facility is as clean as it is elegant, the staff is wonderful, they offer every service you can think of, and they even have a beautiful outdoor courtyard for yoga classes. I am currently doing leg contouring/cellulite treatments and I can’t wait until my next appointment to continue seeing results!
Manicure and pedicure services are not up to par with other salons. Gel manicure chipped after 3 days. Very small selection of colors. Did not have light pink color for a French manicure. Technicians were very inexperienced. I felt like my friend was doing my nails instead of a nice spa-like experience.
I would not recommend Sanctuary for a mani/pedi. My first clue that this was not going to be a great experience came when I called to make an appointment and was told it would cost me $15 to have my nail polish removed!? Obviously, I removed it myself before the appointment... Their polish selection consists of 30 shades of red, a couple of pink, some weird sparkly one, 2 blues, 1 grey and the white for a French manicure.... UGH I went with a blue for my toes and a random grey for my fingers After She FILED the polish off of my toes... yeah she seemed to be bothered by the effort required for polish remover... she applied lotion to my foot, plopped it back in the water for a few and that was my pedicure. I'm going to get my manicure redone at my usual place tomorrow... that's really enough said about that... Maybe nails are not their thing? OK, seriously... nails are NOT their thing!
A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING to END! The staff could not be more welcoming,accommodating and friendly. My hydrodermabrasion was AMAZING ! -such ideal results. My aesthetician was phenomenal! She guided me through the treatment and provided great insight and recommendations for post care. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sanctuary Med Spa!
Very unprofessional spa, mother/daughter duo both managing you was very hard when no one ever agreed with each other. I was taught to wax here with cheap wax strips & wax that I could have purchased at my local Walgreens. Owner seemed to care about her personal problems more than her company; having me send out letters in the mail for people to sponsor her for a beauty pageant rather than having me complete tasks related to my job. Their Facebook page has ads/promo pics for a laser & skin tightening treatment that they offer that they do not know how to use.. the pictures they post aren’t even their own.. They don’t have music playing throughout the rooms, so while you’re trying to relax during your service you cannot because the staff sits outside the doors at the front desk and talk like no one is there. I think if this place had different management it could be a great spa.
