At Sanders ATA Martial Arts, we have been changing lives since 1991. Our Karate for Kids programs teach children of all ages the valuable life lessons of, respect, self-discipline, self-control and the ability to safely defend themselves when needed. Our ATA Tiger (4-6yrs) and Karate for Kids (7-12yrs) programs are age appropriate and teach classes that are specifically aimed at the physical development and mental capabilities of the younger karate kids in the family.

I've been going to Sanders for months. One of the best experiences I've had with my family there. I would totally recommended this place to anyone. Master Sanders and his staff do a phenomenal job teaching the kids and holding their attention during class, which is not an easy task to do with small children.
This is a great place to learn self-defense for the whole family, regardless of your skill level or abilities. You don't have to be an athlete to learn martial arts, it is really for everyone. Also I like that my kids learn discipline, respect and self-confidence as part of the classes here. The classes have really helped to bring us all closer as a family, and give us all an activity that we can have in common. We all really love taking classes here and the instructions are all so amazing.
This is the kind of place that a parent wants their kid to be a part of. I am blown away by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff here. Martial arts is a great discipline for children and adults. This place excels!
My daughter has been going to Sanders for a little over a year now. She started with the 2 week free trial and loved it right away. We signed her up and the rest is history. The time that the instructors take to work with the kids on patience, leadership, courtesy and much more. Its an excellent place with even better instructors. We are happy to be apart of it!
Every child gets attention and personal help. All the Instructors are so good with the kids. This is definitely more than just taekwondo, and I could not be happier with the experiences that my kids have had and the growth they’ve shown. Confidence, respect, and manners. I highly recommend Sanders ATA and it’s worth every penny!
All my kids have went to Sanders ATA over the span of 11 years and all have loved it! I signed up my super shy, high anxiety child over a year ago as a teen. She is excelling and loves going to class. We can see a huge positive change in her personality and confidence from day one to today, thank you everyone!
Since starting at Sanders ATA I have already noticed a huge difference in my sons attitude. Sanders ATA is great and uses incredible positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. There are always plenty of instructors there during the classes to keep all the kids engaged. No child is left wondering what to do. They have plenty of online materials to keep us parents up to speed as well. I would highly recommend Sanders ATA to anyone who wants to learn martial arts.
Great setting and they have fun classes for the kids. The instructors are very patient with all ages.
The best thing we did for our son was enroll him in Sanders ATA. Over the past year and a half, we have watched him grow as a person and his confidence has soared. He has also learned the value of hard work when it comes to reached his goals. We recommend Sanders ATA!
