I went there 12 years ago, was happy with my cut, had a great experience, so thought I'd try them again. Went in December with my mom and Heidi did my hair. She's amazing! So I made an appointment for June only to find out Heidi has gone on to bigger and better things. Good for her! So today Lorane did my hair. Super sweet, very nice. But when I got in the car my daughter said your hair looks horrible mom! Got home, hubs says it's awfull, was not layered properly. And I chopped 10 inches off. So will wait for it to grow back, sport a pony tail and keep looking for a hairstylist.Services: Haircut

I honestly have only gotten my hair done here once and it was quite some time ago, last fall. I originally was not going to leave a review because up until that point, I mainly went to my cousin's salon an hour away, but due to time restrictions I went here instead. So I honestly didn't know what to expect from a hairdresser that I wasn't related to. However, having just gotten my hair done at a different salon, Malcom's haircutters, I realized that I truly did have a subpar experience here. Firstly, I'm not sure why but I recall being told frequently that tips had to be cash only, and although I understand tips are completely up to the client and a good haircut deserves one, I felt strangely obligated and thought it was brought up a bit too often when making my appointment. The haircut experience was just uncomfortable overall. During the wash I got splashed often and the washing was rough. Then during the cut I tried to show her my part, or where id like it to be, but she kept adjusting it right after each time. The worst part and I wish I had mentioned something at the time is that she most definitely used uncleaned brushes on me. I have very black hair and the brushes were noticeably coated in light brown and blonde hair. The whole experience just felt rough and rushed and i didnt ask for anything complicated. I do not plan on going back here. Perhaps though it was just that specific hairdresser.Services: Bang trim

I love this Salon! I'm new to the area and this Salon was recommended to me by a neighbor. The services are excellent as well and they take all the care necessary to make the client happy.

If you want to get butchers by someone running out the door complaining about being overworked, you found the place. I’m a professional in the community. I laugh because I know my hair grows back. I will enjoy sharing my horror to every patient, friend and family member. Do not waste your money on this place. Supercuts or the local beauty school could do a better job. Everyone in Clark’s summit looks exactly the same, same foils same fake blonde no individuality no ability to truly style hair. Save yourself the trouble and drive to New YorkServices: Haircut

I freaking LOVE this place! Only go here to get my hair done. Ive had multiple stylist and they are ALL wonderful Never had a bad experience or leave NOT loving my new hair. I also get pedicures here!!

If you need a great haircutting experience, this is the place! I've been looking for years for a good stylist in my area. I finally found one. I went to Heidi and got the best cut I've ever received, but I'm sure you can go to any one of the girls here and they would do a great job. I have extremely thick hair and Heidi not only knew how to cut it, she also knows how to blow it and style it correctly.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. Hands down the best place around. Taren does a wonderful job highlighting my hair and Steven is such a talented stylist. Would highly recommend Sanderson!
