Sands Point Seaplane Base is a seaplane landing area located in Manhasset Bay, two miles (3 km) northwest of the central business district (CBD) of Port Washington, in Nassau County, New York, USA. During part of the 1930s Sands Point served as the New York base of the Boeing 314(a.k.a.; Yankee Clipper).
