I'm an advocate of doing what you can. You don't need to be perfect. Take baby steps. Whatever is on your fork (i.e. going in your mouth) can make a huge difference to your health, healing, in the prevention of illness and disease, and in simply feeling happy.
There's too much stress and crazy advice about food out here in the interwebs - but after we've stripped away the confusion, it's actually really simple. Food should be a source of pleasure, not fear or misery or guilt!

Once we understand our individual body type, it only takes small changes to make a big difference to our health - simply eating MORE - more nutrient-rich foods, more vegetables, more good fats, more water. Deprivation is no fun, but feeling well definitely is worth the effort.
