I loved my time at Sandy Shores. Felt at home from day one, even felt like a welcomed neighbor in the neighborhood across from the park. I sold my unit in February and the buyer lives at the park. I have just purchased a new RV and am hoping owner Dan Jones has another spot for me. I miss Sandy Shores, it feels like home.

I've never eaten at this place I have only driven through there looking at a house to bye, a fine looking at the house from the outside I was not pleased and even worse when I walked in the house, they wanted to rent this house for over $800 a month but the pipes up underneath the house has busted The Cove where the water comes in was absolutely disgusting and dirty it look like a dump.. definitely not some place I would have raised my children.

I had decided to take the trip finally it was 200 miles south of Costa Rica the LAS CINCO MUERTES ARCHIPELAGO islands a select few of us were chosen to enter this island it was supposabley an island theme park populated by dinosaurs that that had created from dinosaurs DNA it was me Alan grant,ellie sattler paleontologists and ian's malcom mathematician chosen to go to this park that a man by the name of john hammond had owned somehow we ended up at this RV park though still had fun a few mosquito here and there and one rat were some of the various various creatures here we studied had a great time.although something deep inside me wonders what would have happened that day if we had made it to that island.

We've been at Sandy Shores for about 8 yrs. now we love it never not been able to get on lake husband says our boat slip is going in our will lol

**google has it wrong** They only rent monthly. They are NOT a campground. So you're passing through, it's a no go at this place. Although people a real nice!

Great seasonal crappie fishing and I prefer the ramp because its secluded from the wind and there is a person who patrols the parking lot
