The ATM at fulton sucks! its not covered for bad weather, plus during the day, you can not see the screen because of the direct sun light. SSB should go look at PNC and BBT drive up ATM'S.

I opened an estate account here that I administrate. As a result, I have had to have a medallion stamp, notary, etc. and they have always been polite and efficient in setting up an appointment.  During these challenging times, I have been most impressed and appreciative

I called Sandy Spring today. The associate told me I do not 'sound' like a female.... I asked how are they able to deny me service if I confirmed all information. The guy then hung up on me. Bad business and I don't have time to bank with people who thinks this behavior is okay.

I've been banking here for over five years love the crew.  They are kind and great set of people. consistently friendly
