The people at Equip did a great job of taking care of my son! His original boot was a bit beat up after he was in it for a month, and they got him a new one right away and made sure it fit properly. He was a bit concerned about the new one so they made sure to keep him on the positive side of things,   Belong him understand how the new one worked, etc.

Good follow up service after the sale.

Continuously time and time again, they have failed to have stuff delivered to the correct address. It's been Sanford home medical or the wear house that have sent supplies to wrong addresses. Come on, please do better.
