Worst health insurance I have ever had in my life! They have questioned every single encounter on my flex card as well as many of my doctor visits. It is of my opinion they do so in hopes a person will be too busy to respond to their demands or misplace the letters they send in hopes you do not respond and then are stuck with the bill. Seems like they hunt for any reason to question the medical services received. This practice boarders on unethical to say the very least! If you have the choice, go with another insurance provider unless you like defending the legitimate medical services received by medical personnel. NIGHTMARE!!!!
Worst insurance ever. Had to wait a week for pre authorization on a broken hand! I had to call them to find out if I was approved. They never called me. Horrible insurance. Another person told me they had to wait three weeks for a broken hip!
When I called the first time I was put on hold for about 30 minutes then the next day I gave them a call and I was quickly assisted to and given the information that I had asked for
