Pharmacists are amazing, but seriously you guys need to have more than one person working past 6. It's a joke there's 4 people waiting to pick up prescriptions and there's literally one guy. He's been on the phone assisting someone. Joshua, you did a hell of a great job. Thank you for still being kind and not acting rushed, even though you were. Whoever is in charge at Sanford Pharmacy, y'all need to get more people. The script I picked up alone pays for a month of having an extra set of hands.

They DO NOT carry basic mobility aides like canes or cruches. Am told to go across town for stuff like that. Mobility and my safety upon exiting this building was my primary concern as I cannot take their wheelchair with me.

I've usually had good service from them but just this last time I had issues. I called on Wednesday morning to get a prescription filled and they said it should be ready in 2-3 days I called back Saturday morning to check to see if it had been filled and it hadn't, this was very frustrating because this was a daily medicine that I needed before leaving town. I had no option but to jump through hoops to get my medicine sent to CVS to try to get my pills, because they closed at 9pm but they still failed to get my medicine.

Everyone here is always very nice. Despite Sanford's incessant need to understaff every single department within their organization, the staff at the pharmacy are very prompt and courteous. The few times that my order wasn't filled when I showed up they filled it right away, which is very much appreciated. Excellent pharmacy, excellent staff.

Julie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I have started in tears because of all my meds and I end the call needing stitches because of the laughs! And btw...the highlights are GREAT! But seriously I had an extra hard order last month, im already a difficult case, but she was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable to get me through it! If that wasnt enough this SUPERWOMAN put a hallmark card in my package thanking me! Me?! You have a real winner here!!! There arent words!! Thank you!!!!!

Four times they haven’t sent my medications in the mail when they said they would, and I have very serious medications I need to take every single day, but they never send them out thus I can’t get them when I need them.

Called 3 hours ahead and still had to wait an HOUR for my prescriptions. I was late to work. Thanks.

Excellent variety of OTC meds, lotions, and personal items. Reasonable prices, updated medical space, and they play fantastic music even.

They are a hidden gem!
