The whole process was handled very well from beginning to end. The Dr explained everything that was involved with my procedure and he answered all of my questions in a manner that I understood. The nursing staff was exceptional, very caring and attentive to my needs. All of the professionalism and attention to detail is why Sanger has an exceptional reputation.

This was my 2 year follow up of my Double Bypass Heart surgery. Staff was very friendly and professional as always. I was seen right on team and was out promptly. Every time I visit Sanger for an appointment, I leave with the sense of being well taken care of by the doctors, their assistants, and the staff. The doctor listens to my cares and concerns, discusses his concerns and options with me, and arrives at the suggested/agreed upon treatment. The Sanger team was a well oiled machine. Very friendly, professional and experts in their field. I was very nervous going into a heart ablation but everyone made me feel very comfortable and positive about my procedure. They put me at ease and everything went great. Everyone from the nurses to the surgeon were great polite and attentive. There wasn't a question that went unanswered, or a concern that went unresolved. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

My appointments were set up for 11 am and 1 pm. The first was an ultrasound with the second one to go over the results. I didn't want to have to wait over an hour for the second. I asked if they could work me in quicker. They were able to work me in earlier so I would not have to wait.
