Sangini Waxing and Threading Studio of Waterbury

I used to come this place monthly. It's been some time, but I've just found out the older ladies have gone. Which is incredibly saddening as they were the nicest most professional ladies I've ever met. That being said, the new young lady is also super sweet & friendly. Did a walk in, got my treatments done super quickly/efficiently. My eyebrows look amazing & the wax experience was quick & painless. Still highly recommend

Honestly by far the best place for any hair removal, facials and more! I’ve been going here faithfully for over 5 years. I absolutely love all the staff. Women only which is awesome! They know me by name and always super flexible. The place is always clean which a big plus. Everyone at the waterbury location are professional and experienced! I will never ever go anywhere else. I’ve even got my doctor to go here!

Unfortunately I find myself being unsatisfied with the service I just obtained. The lady that did my eyebrows had a face of “don’t talk to me”. When she approached me, she did not even bother to ask me any questions concerning what I was looking for. Once I realized she was going to start her task without even caring what I wanted, I quickly tried to explained to her what I was hoping to be the end result. However, her response to me was “aha, aha” while she was looking in a different direction as she was talking to another customer that appeared to be a regular. I am also unsatisfied with the tactic used as the removal was quite painful. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for quite some time now and I have explored different places and although I know the removal won’t be painless, this by far has been the most pain I have experienced while getting my eyebrows threaded. Simply disappointed! The place is brand new, therefore, everything looks nice, clean, but as far as this place having the skills needed for this particular service, in my opinion, I would say no, at least not the woman that serviced me. On the other hand if you like to explore like me, take a chance and make up your own opinion. Good luck!

I only and will only come here to get my eyebrows done ! They have alot of other great services such as brazilian wax which they also do such a great job. Best eye brow threading! My eyebrows never looked so good and I mistakenly went here thinking it was still “ the owners before” Sometimes you think your at a good spot until you find AN EVEN BETTER ONE. I love the young girl who does my brows , she’s very general and sweet. She trims my brows so beautiful and they last a good 3-4 weeks , and for under 15.00 ? The best of the best for eyebrow threading! I travel 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done here and it is completely worth it. The woman who does mine is so kind, gentle and works fast, the wait times are not long which I appreciate. The salon itself is so beautiful inside, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It is incredibly hard to find a great eyebrow place, and I’m so happy I have found this threading salon.
