I purchased my 1st Rolex from Jon in 2013 and as of today was able to work a deal to get a different watch from him. The process was seamless. Everything moved very fast and communication was excellent. I could not be more happy with the service. When I am ready to get another watch I will certainly do business with them again.
Where to begin. I travel for work out of state. I began using Jon as a reference for my out of state purchases when it comes to watches. When you need an opinion and the day to day market value for a watch I highly recommend you get in contact with Jon from Sant Blanc. I’ve dealt with watches for several years, so I know my way around. For something I didn’t know, He steered me in the right direction with the purchase. I can’t thank you enough Jon for the professional opinion. When I return to Missouri I will make a specific trip to your location for my next watch purchase. Thank you.
Sant Blanc and Jon Todd have been awesome. I just bought my second Rolex from them in 2 weeks. They have gone out of the way to answer my many questions , fair price , fast shipping , and spot on reliability. I have texted Mr Todd back and forth many times , and talked on the phone as I was buying both pieces. Absolutely satisfied, and will continue to buy more as I expand my collection.
Extremely pleased with the level of service Jon provided. I shipped my watch to him on Tuesday afternoon as a trade in and I was wearing my new watch on Thursday morning. The watch arrived in better condition than described and Jon even called me after delivery to follow up and even went as far as to research the previous service history on the watch for me. Would definitely do business with him again in the future should the opportunity present itself!
I purchased a jeweled Submariner from Jacob English and Jon Todd on July 10, 2014. The watch was described as pristine in condition... "like new." I was skeptical but their $$$-back guarantee and professionalism gave me confidence to deal with them. My watch was truly as described: like new, beautiful and sized to the exact measurement I sent them. They shipped to me FedEx Priority ASA my payment cleared. The package was triple wrapped and contained all documentation and warranty info as claimed in their ads. They even included some very nice gifts! I would buy from them again; they were great.
Best on-line experience I ever had! After purchasing a Rolex from them, I received a call explaining there was a problem with the watch I picked that was discovered on final inspection prior to shipping. Something I would have never known if the transaction was completed. The honesty was impressive. I found another watch in their inventory and completed the transaction. When I received the watch the next day the presentation was amazing! Box, paperwork, warranty and appraisal all presented in a first class manor! There is no way you can tell this was a previously owned watch. In addition, they offer a return policy if not completely satisfied. I am very pleased and encourage anyone to check them out. You will not be disappointed.
After several months of research and debate on if I was going to purchase my husband the watch of his dreams 40mm Two-tone Rolex Submariner w/ Blue Dial I ran across Sant Blanc. Jacob English is phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable about the watches and offered me far more information on Rolex than I expected. He was very transparent, professional and polite. His thoroughness and customer service skills are impeccable. The watch was just as described, packaged professionally and even came with a box of chocolate truffles! Speechless. I was looking for a specific model day date for a while and Jon gave me the best watch at the best price, provided excellent communication throughout the transaction, and I couldn’t be happier. A true pleasure to do business with and I will definitely be buying my next watch from him.
I just completed my first, and not last, purchase from Sant Blanc SB, Jon Todd. The complete experience has exceeded my expectations. As many others, I was very skeptical a such a large purchase over the phone and computer, but after much research and a few conversations with Mr. Todd I was confident in moving forward. The cost of the watch I was interested was in line with the market value. If your looking for cheap, this is not your best option and you probably need to consider another level of timepiece. If your looking for right, this is your best option. I have done business with other rolex dealers and re-sellers over the past 25+ yrs and this was by far the easiest and best experience. The level of service and communication exceeded my expectations and the watch was just as described. I can not find anything to suggest to SB to improve the experience. Well done, SB.
I had been looking for a specific watch for quite a while. I e-mailed Jon at Sant Blanc and he responded immediately with the watch. Even called to explain everything in detail. He was extremely easy to deal with and very fair. I plan to buy all my watches from him going forward and would recommend anyone to him.
