I’m here at the Watsonville health center right now. About to leave. But I just wanted to say, I read the previous reviews and they really scared me into coming in all those mean things about the receptionists and how rude they are.....really misleading. These are the nicest most helpful people/doctors I’ve come across in a long time. Helped with so many things that I didn’t plan on doing today or ever because I don’t have insurance. So helpful. Jason our doctor today is so amazing caring and helpful. Making sure you get the exact care you need and listening to what is wrong and then finding the best solution . We will be coming back here so grateful we came across this clinic. Not the worst clinic ever in fact it’s one of the best. From when you walk in to when you walk out. The nurse was a sweat heart as well. Don’t let those negative reviews scare you away. Must’ve been a bad day for the patient because I can’t see how ALL the people I’ve talked to can be so rude when EVERY person I’ve talked to is SO NICE AND CARING!!!
Dr Lipson is an awsome primary physician. He cares and he listens and communicates very well. Who ever answers the phones for appointments definitely do not do a great job but they could be understaffed not sure why it takes them so long to answer the phone and this hasn't changed in years so I don't imagine it will change anytime soon but the physician himself is awsome. Sometimes I feel that front desk needs to mitigate the volume of patients that call better, they should help everyone set up my chart on day one this could definitely help the incoming volume of calls. Dr. Lipson has been my primary for a few years now and honestly he does everything within his power to make sure you get great care. I've got a few people I have recommended him to and they all seem to be happy with him. I've had a few primaries and if your looking for an actual primary doctor that learns you and at the same time treats you he's awsome and he is prompt on referrals when they are needed. I'm so thankful there are doctors like him still around.
Doctor Reyes, Doctor Sanford and Dr. Hansen are great doctor.. Their medical assistants are nice but need to smile more and Dr Reyes Medical Assistant need to stop being snobby and stop patronizing the patients. She is rude. Every time i had an appointment with Dr. Reyes She would be making fun of me or mine. Yes the doors are closed but I can still hear her talking about me with the other staff and most of all her "That what i told her" remarks are really unnecessary. The receptionist need to be more friendly. they look like they want to be any where but there. There was one receptionist that give a way our appointment because we weren't their on time, when we' where on time and we where waiting in line to check in. Apparently she had called our name but the only name we heard was a Natalia and that is not my name. Not only did we stood in line for 10 min, we had to wait for an hour and half to get seen, because we supposedly missed our appointment by not reply to a name that was given. Its not my fault that the lady call me by a different name. I shouldn't had wait for her stupid mistake!!!! The lap staff are also unfriendly and didn't have patience with my daughter who has a mental disorder and is terrified of needles. They should had been more compassionate instead of being rude with her! I'm only given three stars because I do love the doctors, especially Dr. Sanford. If you are looking for a doctor who really listens to your concern Dr. Sanford is that doctor.
I'm not going to name which Doctor. But the Doctor usually would leave me with my mouth open still talking while she walked out. She didn't listen to my needs in medical care. I was on my death bed and still she didn't help me. I was very happy with the therapy. Until she started bringing senstive subjects up that I already told her, and she knew I wasn't ready for. I felt ganged up on by both before I decided to leave them. I felt If I stayed there I would have died. I am so greatful for my New Dr. and therapist. I am now in good hands.
I have been trying ad naseum to get proper medical from this subpar outfit for a year. Dr. Lipson has given me not one but three bogus referrals. I have notified the staff begging for help only to be hung up on by an extremely rude representative that refused to give me an appointment with the doctor because “they were swamped”. I am elderly, bed bound and in poor health. Unless you feel like dying on the vine, avoid this place at all costs. Unacceptable practices and unacceptable healthcare. Abysmal.
Worst clinic ever. They have a horrible service and are not organized. I had to wait 45 minutes to get called in and took them 3 hours until my appointment was done because the doctor kept coming in and out of the room, leaving us waiting even longer. The medical assistant took roughly an hour to put down medication list in their system while it took less than 10 mins in another clinic I went to. I asked for a referral to see a specialist and they never responded back. When I called, they said that they wrote down the wrong insurance information. This incident happened not just once, but twice. Not only that, they never informed me back to see what’s wrong. They accused me of missing an appointment that I’ve been wanting to make with them, while I’ve never gotten a single call from them, nor made an appointment. Again, they never gave me a call letting me know that I supposedly missed my appointment. I can go on because there was more to my experience than just that, but bottom line. Worst clinic ever. I’ve never seen a clinic that is very slow and unresponsive. Very unprofessional and seems like they don’t know how to run a clinic.
I love the Doctors and Nurses they are so friendly. But all the receptionist are ALWAYS rude and seem to have an attitude. And when they answer the phone they put you on hold for ever and dont seem to care. And they dont even knlw basic medical terminology and you should of your working in a medical office facility.
If I could I would rate -1 when I call it’s at least a 25 minute hold time and then to told “Sorry but we can’t see you today” I am in pain and have an injury. Was told to call tomorrow and maybe they will be able to see me. Nurse calls me and I’m being talked to like I’m a child so over this clinic
Very good. Doctors and staff are so great. Everyone is so friendly and concerned.
Every time I come here or speak with them over the phone I feel more and more hopeless.
