This place never disappoints and is a great atmosphere. The tacos were very appetizing and the wait staff was very courteous as well as prompt to take our order. The chips and homemade salsa are always a great start to the meal. They have excellent margaritas and other favorites with their full bar. If you are in the area and need a good place to each with friendly staff make sure to stop by. I will definitely when I'm in the neighborhood.
We’ve been here a handful of times. Usually, it’s “okay” or “fine” food with good service, but tonight our whole experience here was unacceptable. The service tonight was nothing short of awful and the food except for the guacamole, I would have been embarrassed to serve to anyone.
The best Mexican food in Bozeman, bar none. Exceptional quality, ginormous portions, outstanding service, Maria was a most gracious hostess. Cali, Tenille and Jay are all superb bartenders. Try the Cadillac Margarita, you'll want to have two. The atmosphere is inviting and eclectic. There is always a fun special going on and we have had traditional live music on a Friday night. For a full service experience with cocktails, food and fun I highly recommend Santa Fe Red's!!
Overall impression... Not bad. Had the number 2 combination, the chili relleno and two shredded beef tacos. Couldn't finish my refried beans, but they were really, really good. The chile relleno was nice, not too eggy, and the tacos, while simple, were filled with a very nicely season shredded beef.
Great food and great service! Plus beautiful outdoor dining for the summer! As far as sit down Mexican goes in Bozeman this has definitely become my favorite. Margs are good too and you can't beat their daily specials.
Great service and speedy service. I was very impressed! The tacos were amazing, salsa and chips were great, and the server did an amazing job.. thank you for a great dinner.
Santa Fe's has always been dependable for tasty food for me. My friend and I went for lunch. Service was very prompt and our order came out quickly. I didn't have one this time, but their house margaritas are large and tasty. I also enjoy the atmosphere, it's not your regular restaurant. It has character. Prices are reasonable as well. Enjoy
Love their food. Husband had fajitas, I had taco soup and shrimp enchiladas. All was fantastic. Note: soup is large and can be a stand alone meal. Visited on a Saturday night and they had live music. We enjoyed as we were close enough to hear but not so loud so we could enjoy talking. Will return next time we're in town.
Love Santa Fe Reds! If your looking a refreshing happy hour. Or dinner with the family. This place is great for both!
Our waitress was friendly when she came around. I really don't have much to complain about in that area. The food was awful. I got cheese enchiladas. They were so hard they were crunchy. The rice was old and also crunchy. The portions were very small. I don't eat a lot, so even if the food would have been edible I would not have been full when we left. My husband's food was also very under par. I will not ever come back.
