I can’t say anything enough good things about the people at this bank. I have had some issues over the past two month that needed a lot of statements and various other paperwork. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to bank at this branch. Again, thanks to everyone at this branch for your help.

I have been a customer to the Santander bank both for business and for personal accounts. Other than minor and rare instances my experience at this branch has been mostly positive and when minor issues have occurred the management and staff always rectified the problems to my satisfaction. Every counter representative knows me by name and I know most of theirs. This creates a great personal experience. I highly recommend Santander Bank's Howell branch to anyone within a 15 minutes drive!

I opened an account some time in March... Now its June 30th, I still have yet to receive my debit card. I called the branch, used the website, and visited physically multiple times until now, and what I was told to visit ONE more time to verify my information to get the debit card sent in the mail. Basically I quit, and next time I visit this branch it will be to close the account. I wouldn't wish Santander bank to my worst enemy and I have 3 other checking accounts to compare this garbage service to.

This is a new local branch still working out the kinks. Looks like they hired new employees coupled with retaining older employees from up the road. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Yes, they have employees constantly in training so the process is slower, but I would rather have my teller/banker with a cheerful personality than an automaton. But that’s just me.

This is by far the best branch for all your banking needs. The tellers are always extremely friendly and very efficient every time I visit this location. The branch manager is always available when I have a banking question or concern and I always feel like a valued customer at this location.

Worked with quite a few banks over the years and Santander was by far the worst. The tellers in this location were very friendly but the mangement and staff in charge of business accounts were completely incompetent, unhelpful, unresponsive and very disappointing. After accepting their mediocrity for years I finally changed to another bank and can't believe how much better of a banking experience was possible. Wish I had changed years ago. I would warn anyone against this bank. There are so many much better options with better products, rates and technology out there!

I was trying to open a basic checking account, I waited 30 minutes while they took someone else ahead of me. Once someone finally took me in the back I explained I now was In a rush because I had to get to work and he told me it would take longer than the time I had to set up the app that I didn't even want. In addition to that, as soon as he found out I didn't want to set up my direct deposit through them, he recommended that they may not be the bank for me.....FINE WITH ME! Customer service does not exist at Santander. I walked out with my money.

On Wednesday April 25, 2020,  I was in Howell Twshp, and I needed to cash a check, drawn on a Santander customers account and made out to me. The unprofessional and nasty demeanor of the drive thru lady caught me off guard. For two years I've been going to the branch in Jackson, because I work in the area. The employees at that location have always been curtious, friendly, and make it so easy to handle transactions. Try getting alot of customer service training at the Howell location. It may help.

The staff there made me wait while they took care of every customer who walked in after me. Branch manager called me a week later to harass me about a bad review I left

One of the most painful experiences of my life. These people aren't qualified enough to handle Monopoly money with a supervisor. Your money is safer with a hotdog vendor or possibly a crackhead off the street. Could not care any less about authentic customer service.
