Dr Santos is a God sent angel. He was my second opinion doctor my first doctor wanted to split me up and down but Dr Santos just did my surgery 3 days ago and I’m truly and utterly grateful. Don’t give it a second thought. He is THE BEST at what he does. He took his time and made sure the surgery was done the least invasive way which took him longer but gave me the results I so desperately desired. My family and I are just blessed to have found him. All his years of experience truly made a difference. He is very attentive, caring, informative, patient man. I can go on and on. He called me personally after surgery twice even on the weekend he truly is a Brilliant physician with a heart of gold. If you want the top of the line care with the best in his field Dr Carlos Santos is your doctor. He will be mine forever lol and my 3 daughters if I could help it.
Argued with me about the position of my baby he was wrong, I was right which inevitably ended in a cesarean. Google his name - he has had several cases for negligence brought before him and was suspended awhile back for inappropriate communication with a patient.
Dr. Santos was extremely aggressive during my wife's delivery. In my opinion, he performed an unnecessary and uncommon episiotomy on my wife. Her OB told her that the only tyine an episiotomy is performed these days is in a medical emergency. This was not the case with my wife. The delivery was going great and Dr. Santos decided to cut my wife without explaining why or even telling us he was going to do it. Afterwards he didn't even refer to the procedure as an episiotomy but called it a 2nd degree. I think Dr. Santos thinks feels he is above delivering babies since he is the president of the practice. Nurses at the hospital informed us that he rarely delivers but due to other doctors recently leaving his practice, that he fills in once in a while. He wanted to be in and out of the delivery room as quickly as possible and now my wife has a longer and more painful recovery.
Aside from being the best doc ever, he is always very kind and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He also never makes you feel uncomfortable.
