Inaccurate hours. Showed up to get a police traffic report for a car accident from two months prior, at around 4:30- I get told from the buzzer at the door they’re closed. I’d previously tried to do an Open Recods request online and they send me they wrong record even though I’d input the incident number when making the request. Tried calling before I showed up to get more info- no one picked up my call. Horrible service if any, horrible management. To top it off- no parking. Had to park 4 blocks away and pay $10 just to not even get what I needed.

First time visiting the public safety building. I was in and out pretty quick. Staff was helpful getting me to the right office. There was no long line and the place seemed really clean. Very nice memorial wall for fallen officers.

Beautiful and clean in and out! Absolutely breaktaking with the mosaic art outside and the gorgeous marble and quartz flooring inside. Mom and I just went to file a specific report. However, we didn't know we needed to call first before heading over. We thought it was a walk-in type of building. That's our fault, and we understand that for next time, we must call. The woman who helped us was so understanding and nice, though. She gave us what we needed and paged us out. Mom and I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much, SA Public Safety Headquarters.

Got into a fender bumper !!! 100 degrees outside can’t get a cop here to write the report !!! Awesome use of our tax dollars !!! And all this because every time I see a police officer at a coffee shop or restaurant I pick up their tabs as a respect for what they do !!!WOW

Every time that I try to call the police there's this one police officer when they answer the phone call that gives me all the problems I think her name is Sierra she doesn't take it serious all the other officers do take it serious but she does not it is terrifying that all the numbers are the same which gives her all access to the phone calls I think she's probably corrupt allegedly she should not be answering phone calls if she's going to have an attitude to the victims or people are reporting crimes it doesn't feel safe when she answers the phone calls

I came here to do a background check today, and i was in and out very quick. The staff were nice and straightforward. It honestly didn't took long to get what i was asking for.

SAPD of course cover up each other mistakes or our reports dnt go nowhere one cop let go a drunk driver go after hitting my husband at work he did not arrest him let him go to a family member i reported this and it went nowhere i went to office downtown and it went nowhere

The construction on the roads all around the building make it almost impossible to get to the parking on the property. All the cross walks are out of commission. Be careful when walking to the main entrance.

People seemed really nice, very clean inside, it has medal detectors so you know your safe.

Asked to wait for a meeting, no issues. Asked for assistance with ability to prove I was present. The civilian employee informed me he could not provide any type of documentation. Unfortunate that they are frustrated for just being at work at a desk job.
