Had to give this classic owner operator truck stop 5 stars! There are few places that seem to cater to the o/o like Sapp Bro does in Cheyenne, WY. Having passed it over the last few years always stopped at the TA was a huge mistake. This stop has everything for the driver. The multiple choices in beverages, snacks and goodies are just the start. The electronics are geared to the driver, not the four wheeler. It is an amazingly clean place, the laundry room and lounge is immaculate. The showers have that warm feeling to them that give you room to enjoy the hot water. There's an assortment of those classic warm fuzzy blankets we all have in the bunk to choose from. The restrooms are extremely clean applause to the janitorial staff with the women's having heated toilet seats and bidets if you so choose. Sorry men, you used to have them too, but we were told they were a bit 'over-used'. LOL. The employees are friendly and talkative which makes even a pit stop a good experience. There is a Sapp Bros. Shop too, but didn't use them. The Apple Cafe is inside. The waitress "Mom" was great. Just friendly from the onset, and you can settle into memories of days gone by when chatting with a delightful truck stop waitress was an every day occurrence. You place your order at the counter and find a place to sit. Anyone who expects a chain-like cookie cutting experience of bland atmosphere, go somewhere else. This is a classic diner, you can sit and talk with drivers, or not. The food was delicious and they have enough choices that you'll get something you want. The cook was great too, came out and said hello and they get you your food quicker than the average diner. Parking is easy with plenty of room to back. But not a lot of parking, unless one gets creative. Fuel isles are clean and easy in and out. I did consider taking a star off because there is 100% NO INTERNET available in your truck, maybe someone with a booster could get signal but I doubt it. There is internet through Sapp Bros. available inside, but it doesn't cover the lot. But this is such a great place, it must get 5 stars, all day long.
Oh, wow, the Sapp Brothers restaurant has really outdone themselves with their generous offer of a $13 hamburger, and guess what? You can add a side of onion rings for just $3! What a steal! But hold on, before you get too excited, let me burst your bubble: they don't include a drink with that overpriced burger. Can you believe it? So, make sure you're mentally and financially prepared for the shockingly high prices they're charging before you even think about stepping foot in that place. It's definitely a good idea to consider the potential impact on your precious wallet. Who needs a refreshing beverage to wash down their meal anyway, right? Happy dining, and don't forget to bring your piggy bank along!
Parking for trucks small at best. The store was great super customer service with so many options, fresh baked bread, bacon wrapped pork. The women's restrooms were clean, and an extra bonus was the bidet. Men's restrooms were clean as well. The in-house restaurant Apple barrel has the best cashier, waiter, server . He is very well suited for his position. We had corned beef hash atop of hash browns and eggs, and the pancakes tasted just like grandma's.

Did a 10 here Very nice and polite staff. They have a sit down restaurant and a hot box by the register. There are many touristy things to look around at. Wow! The bathrooms are amazing. It was marvelously clean and spacious. There is a tv in the bathroom right by the door when you walk in. Each stall has its own individual sink.The toilet is a bidet. I have never sat on a heated toilet seat before. When it’s -3 outside that feels amazing. I felt like royalty. Unfortunately they only have these in the women’s bathroom. The mens is just an everyday average bathroom. I was not expecting this truck stop to be so nice. I would definitely come back!
I do not get here very often. But the staff is always upbeat and the showers are very clean.
I stopped here for fuel and to get my wheel hub axle seal fixed. Wes, who was my service tech, was awesome and got me in quickly and fix the problem a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. This place doesn't price gouge you. They're very fair and look for ways to cut the costs to truck drivers. This is the exact reason why I stop here every single time I come through Cheyenne. Their prices on everything including fuel and repairs. Thank you Wes
Stopped for fuel and a bite to eat. Decided to sit down in their diner instead of eating on the run. Good was great and reasonably priced. Very fast service from ordering to being served.
I had a wonderful experience with the shop. I had a loaded reefer set at -10 with a broken belt. When I called them I gave D. Smith the information over the phone and they brought me right in. Thank you for all your help.
They have an amazing steakhouse right next to them. A mist stop to experience country, and great local steaks. Have stopped many times, and they never seize to amaze me. Thank you
