The grandchildren and I had a fantastic couple of hours here. The main museum is in a large former hotel Lee and each room has a different theme. So much to look at, lots of mannequins in period dress, many dioramas, beautiful art, a pink clothes washer. I know I say this alot but this is not to miss. BTW grands are young 6-12. They loved it. That said, when you are done the curator will take you to the fire museum...
This place is AMAZING! I can't wait to come back to look & read history.
Really cool place, but bring cash as they do not take credit cards. Admission is free, but they do accept donations and there is a small gift shop.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree

Wow! What a wonderful museum of history! The curator, Rachael was very knowledgeable. I will go back, and I would encourage others to visit there. Too many displays to recall each one. Go and see for yourself!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Really nice place with many different historical displays. Enjoyed seeing snippets of life from many different times. Very friendly tour guide! If you ask, they will also let you into the Sapulpa Fire museum as well. Plenty of parking too.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitPrice for adult entryFree
Amazing. The tour guide really made the museum feel alive. It's very unique and all of the staff were really fun. Our tour guide even showed us some places back-stage and even told stories about how she set up some of the museum. The whole thing was awesome and so was the history I'm a history nerdy There are a few replicas and the replicas looked like actual relics. Not only that, but the building has a sub-building that's the only way I can describe it and it is supposed to be a fire department. Overall this was AMAZING. This place was massive! The whole place feels 100% alive.
Great place to visit. Get a tour guide. They can tell you a lot about the articles in the museum. It was fun.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
