Both Collaborative Law and Mediation are important to me as it allows a husband and wife to mutually work through the divorce process, thereby resolving issues together, setting an example of conflict resolution that will be a valuable tool in learning to work together as parents after the divorce.
Having practiced family law in Orange County for over 25 years, I have observed first- hand the tremendous expense and devastation caused by litigation. I believe that going to court is seldom the best option for the client.
