Sarafina Nails & Spa - Roswell, GA

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails. Loved this place! Great atmosphere and great customer service. I have to say that Serafina Nails and Sp has left me 100% satisfied and quite impressed. The location was clean, the service was great, and the nail techs were able to do what most places tell me they can't. I will come back!

My nail chipped in one day of getting them done here. I tried them for the first time and a very bad experience. I had a wedding to attend and not I am stuck with a chipped nail.

I wish my experience here was better because this place isn’t a horrible salon. I was seated in chair three and the tech who worked on my nails wasn’t accommodating and made me feel I was burdening her for asking for what I wanted done. I’d ask for something simple to get a sigh and rolled eyes. I kindly asked for coffin shaped nails and received rectangles. I asked for natural shade and received the exact opposite. The lady is older, short black hair. I spoke with others who’ve had nails done by her and it’s the same conclusion, not nice.

I stopped going recently. The work is good when I don't get a moody worker. Last lady was in a bad mood and hurt my kids who were angels by the way. Also charged me full price for doing the bare minimum on daughter. I saw my soon was scared to speak up. He said she was hurting him and never wanted to back. Who cuts cuticles and trims tight on a child?!!!

HORRIBLE. First off, I waited over 30 minutes just for the eyebrow waxing. One of the ladies there messed my eyebrows up and the worse part is when I kept telling her it doesn’t looks right, she kept trying to convince me that there is no issue with my eyebrows and you can clearly see the difference. This was like two days ago!!! I got multiple opinions from everyone else and they say it’s a clear difference. They SUCK at eyebrows and that woman was a LIAR all for $12!! I should’ve left without paying!! I will NEVER use them again and DO NOT recommend. A mistake is a mistake but I can’t trust a LIAR!!!Service: Waxing

Today was a very disappointing experience here. Been here several times before. Went back for my fill after having a beautiful set put on two weeks ago and all I asked the gentleman there I think his name is Mike to please add another layer of nail product to ensure my nail stays strong because I had hurt myself since that one nail was made so thin last time and omg he argued his way out of it. Telling me why I didn’t need that done and that I need to take care of my nails. He was confrontational, argumentative and seemed very irritable today, more than other times. I will unfortunately not be going back , I’m done with this place. So unfortunate when it’s just down the Street from me. Frankly I’ve never like Mikes short temper and unwillingness to listen to a customer. Left pic is thinner left nail. All I wanted was a bit thicker nail bed to ensure it not breaking and hurting me in the process.Service: Acrylic nails

Eva I think is how you spell her name was absolutely amazing . The whole staff was. I came in after having a bad experience at another salon and needed my nails fixed and a pedicure. My nails were horrible and had horrible cuticles. I brought in my daughter who’s not even a year old and she helped me distract her and the other salon staff were so sweet to her. I ended up having to leave and come back but she fixed my nails and was so sweet. They do such amazing work here for your nails. My cuticles were a mess and they fixed everything. This is my new Salon and I can’t recommend them enough. For reference, my nails were coffin shaped and too long when I asked for short at Q nail bar and my cuticles were long and dry. Eva saved the day. The man at the front desk was also very attentive and nice!Services: Pedicure

Great experience. Brought my daughter in so we could get pedis together before she goes back to school next week. Clean extablishment, friendly and professional staff. We were both offered refreshments and snacks and both had a wonderful relaxing experience. We will be back!

My 8 year old daughters nail polish has never lasted this long, usually it only lasts a day or two but we’re going on 2 weeks now and look at our nails! Hers are just starting to come off!! I’ve been here 3 times now and the dip nails always last me a month! I’ve never had nails that last so long and I LOVE the quality. I don’t need a fill at 2 weeks, I can go twice as long as any other salon!!! Make reservations or expect to wait for awhile. Worth the wait though!!

Fast and friendly staff cleaned my feet with no pain and comfortable seating great place in Goodyear … I don’t do the other stuff they offer but they seemed busy in that department
