The Boxing & Fitness / Fight Club is a boxing and mixed martial arts GYM that helps people deal with stress while gaining a total body experience and accomplishing the ultimate goal: health, longevity and self defense. Through this, focus and coordination will improve, self-confidence and self-motivation will increase and the most measurable benefit will be the positive relationship that will occur between the mind and the body.
