Awesome experience today. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed a spare key made for my Yamaha ATV. Yamaha manufacturer doesn’t have blank keys for my model and I would have had to spend a lot more money on a whole new ignition in order to have two keys. I went here to Sarasota lock and key, never have been here before. The staff went above and beyond looking for a key that would work for my needs. Long and behold they found a key that may work. When leaving the store I went straight home to make sure the key worked on my ATV and IT WORKED. I called the store back and told them the news and they were very happy with the outcome. Love when small businesses go above and beyond for their customers. This store is about a 30-45 minute drive from me, I will be a returning customer as it’s worth the drive. The customer service is decent. Some are friendlier than others but I've never felt treated unjust. The prices are slightly pricier than the competitors but the quality is better than most. I get key copies done here My favorite part is if Trouble is there. He is a beautiful orange cat who is there most of the time Trouble is very friendly & will insist on you petting him.
