We are located in downtown Saratoga Springs, and provide services to residents in the towns of: Ballston, Charlton, Clifton Park, Corinth, Day, Edinburgh, Galway, Greenfield, Hadley, Halfmoon, Malta, Milton, Moreau, Northumberland, Providence, Saratoga, Stillwater, Waterford and Wilton. We provide services such as; Tuberculosis Program, Travel and Adult Immunization Clinics, Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinics, Lead Prevention, Rabies Program, Child Immunizations (VFC), Lyme Prevention, Communicable Disease reporting, Maternal Child Program, Emergency Preparedness Program and many more. We offer outreach to the communities through flu clinics, health fairs, health screening clinics, educational presentations and a wide array of other events. Saratoga County Public Health Nursing Service also offers a Certified Home Health Agency, which provides short-term nursing and rehabilitative services for individuals with skilled needs at home. In addition, we offer an Early Intervention Program which provides many different types of early intervention services to infants and toddlers under the age of three who have a disability or developmental delay.
