Staff did not allow my husband to come into the room for our baby's first anatomy scan 45 minute sonogram. When we asked why? Their response was "the room is too small." See photo of room attached. The photo clearly shows the patient's reclining seat and 2 extra chairs presumably for the doctor and for a guest. Taking away that beautiful once in a lifetime experience from couples to share / cherish for a lifetime is purely cruel and inhuman. *Mothers who want their partners/husbands/baby-daddy's to see their babies first full body sonograms be aware of this office.* Very disappointing to have wasted my time going to an office run by cold-hearted and inconsiderate staff especially Dr. Khatri.
I was forced to go to this office because of the limited options I had due to my insurance. One of the doctor’s here told me if I don’t get my Pap smear done properly, I won’t get a picture of my baby’s ultra sonogram. Then she gave me Indian herbal remedies for my peptic ulcer because I’m of South Indian decent. When I had high bp they told me to see my pcp. Then I went for an anatomy scan and the sonographer kept tapping on my abdomen with a probe and nagging about me not relaxing my muscles. She tapped with that probe for at least 10 times without asking me if I’m feeling comfortable or not. Especially because I have a herniated disc and my legs were cramping while she rested her arm on my thigh. The worst sonographer I have ever seen in my life. Don’t go waste your time at this office, especially during this crucial time in your life. I’m never going back.
This clinic is so bad I was getting seen here with my first baby the lack of care they have for their patient is ridiculous I can honestly say that I’ve been traumatized for life every test and ultrasound was beyond uncomfortable and scary! Always doing unnecessary things that weren’t required! Also I changed clinic and left elsewhere they are charging me $375.00 dollars for something that I never got done! And there’s proof that I was no longer going there! Worst clinic ever stay away!!!!
This horrible place had me wait 1 hour and 15 min and I still had 3 ppl ahead of me. Eventually I walked out because they were just wasting my life. Why make an appointment if they’re going to disrespect everyone else’s schedule? Horrible and literally taking advantage of everyone’s time. Do not recommend- FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
This is the Doctor you want to have. Will give you a lot of time, answer your questions and take good care of you. Waiting time is less than 10 minutes usually. Staffs are very nice. Very clean place. Can come with appointment or walk in. They don't have parking, but plenty of street parking available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dr. Sarita Khatri is a really nice, gentle and loving Doctor. I have been going to her for years and she has been on my side through my ups and downs. Sumi is also a great sonographer. Loving to all her patients, and makes me feel welcomed.
You have to wait forever just to get a sonogram done. You have to check-in twice, one to see the doctor and second sign in for sonogram or else they will ignore you. The receptionist people are not trained, keep yourself free for 2hrs because thats how long it will take there. The radiologist will rush you through sonogram and not take their time. They don’t get accurate reading for baby’s measurements. They need more OB-GYN , Dr.Khatri is there only Saturdays. If you call the office be ready to be put on hold for 20+ minutes and never expect a call back. Someone from there practice called and cancelled my appointment, instead of me telling that the office was closed that day.
I only visited this provider once. Provider is nice, nothing to complain. But the billing department is worst and a fraud. I have private health insurance so I keep track of my medical bills. They charged my insurance without any reason for a phone call that I never requested and they did not even let me know that they will consider this phone call as a tele-visit prior to talk to me. They talked to me maximum for 5 mins and charged my insurance for 11 to 20 mins call. Also they gave me that phone call 2 months after my initial visit to follow up on my lab results when my lab results were available on the same month I visited that doctor. When I called the billing department for that bill, firstly the biller Amy picked up the call and told me she will call me back end of the day before 4PM. I was waiting for the call until 4:11 PM and then called by myself, someone picked up and said Amy left for the day. The 2nd day I called them to talk to Amy, they kept me on hold for long time and then hung up. I called them back again immediately and they did the same thing. I called them again and stayed on hold for few mins and Amy picked up. When I asked about my bill and why they charged me for no reason and without taking consent from me, she just repeatedly kept saying this is how it is supposed to be and was very rude to me. For my initial visit, they also incorrectly charged me very high amount where I am suppose to pay lower than that. I called my insurance company before calling them to confirm my final bill for the initial visit. What if I would not have called my insurance company to confirm my bill, what if I would have paid the incorrect amount that they sent me twice as statements?? Many of us don't know about this healthcare fraud and actually these entire health insurance and healthcare system in the US is a huge fraud and robbing us. People who has public health insurance, they don't inquire about their bills often, hence they don't know about it. This is not acceptable at all!!!
Literally the WORSE office I’ve ever been too. At 28 weeks I am suppose to get a rhogam injection I wasn’t told until I was 30 weeks. The office “ put in a order “ for it to be delivered to me but they were trying to make me pay for it when my insurance covers it. It has now been 2 weeks and I called my insurance they NEVER sent a prior authorization for me to get my injection. Everytime I call I am on hold for 30-40 minutes and no one in this office or any office communicates with one another I been getting the run around for the LONGEST about this shot which can be harmful for my baby if I don’t receive it. They do not care about you, they just want money.
I changed my Gyn to this office hoping I would get better care but I regret it. I did a pap smear and a sono no one ever called me for the results. Whenever you call the office its difficult to get in touch with someone over the phone. Had an appointment today and they canceled my appointment last minute. When i do call the office and ask why was my appointment canceled i was told because they had too many patients scheduled. So then why give an appointment if your schedule was over booked in the first place. Definitely will not be going back to this office.
