I had the chicken teriyaki with a mix of noodles and fried rice. It was fresh and delicious! My husband and I both enjoyed it very much. Decent Asian restaurants are limited in this area, so it was exciting to find such fresh and flavorful food--at the mall, of all places! I most definitely recommend this place.
Me and my daughter ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice. For starters the worker's weren't wearing any gloves and they were touching all of the plates and making the food. That is very unsanitary. They were asked to put on gloves and they all laughed because they were asked to do so. It is Flu season, and Covid is still going around. The proper attire dealing with food is glove usage. The guy at the end only gave me and my daughter small amount of chicken because we complained about them not wearing gloves. I think something needs to be done about them not wearing gloves. This establishment is not the same anymore.
Went in to grab rolls for my wife's birthday. I'd delivered through Uber Eats in the past, so I decided to risk it all and try them for dinner for our getaway. It was a Hit!!! I picked up some old favorites, but explored new options as well. She loved everything. We'll definitely be back.
This place has good food but the last 3 times i went i ordered extra chicken and they put 1 spoonful i even spoke up and was told i got exta will not go back!!
The grill cooks were inattentive and didn't fully cook our food, specifically the seafood.
Cashier girl sneezed openly, did not cover at all, holding the styrofoam food box to the side. Continue to take my order and puts the box in line. I had to ask her to change boxes out and she never washed or sanitized her hands!
Why is it they used to be open until 8pm, signage and online says 8pm, but they close at 658?! This has been several times we have been at the mall in the past 2 weeks. Other workers from nearby say they do it every night! Everyone else in food court open until 8 but they turn everyone away and slowly clean for the last hour! They dont leave until after 8pm but won't make food past 7 or in my case past 658! And what happened to free refills?! If its a taking rbe cup back issue, give a fresh cup! They make enough off their meals!
Great tasting food love getting extra chicken or shrimp on my plates they dont disappoint usually been going for years
We used to go every Sunday as a treat for the kids, but the orders kept getting messed up and the food was not consistent anymore... most of the times not being near as good! We even had to dig out our receipt more than once to prove that we ordered extra chicken and shrimp... then would wait while everything else got cold for them to cook the shrimp. One time, only one order was correct and that person was almost finished eating before we got the other 4 meals! We've decided not to waste our money here anymore and it's sad because we all loved it and the kids even brought friends who'd eat it too- which is saying a lot with all the choices att the food court. Last time we went to the mall, no one even wanted to try it again. They have also become very inconsistent on what is a regular order of chicken and what is extra chicken.
I love this place! Very tasty and the portion is perfect for two people, especially if you double the meat. Staff is friendly as well. And always get extra sauce! It's worth it.
