These guys are the best. This is the third time we have purchased mowers from them and they go above and beyond. Tim is top notch with customer service, he always makes me feel welcome like family. He takes care of everything we need for our business. We have purchased numerous items from them. Just today we finalized the two new Exmark mowers we purchased and the two hedge trimmers. Quality equipment and the lowest prices in town. Highly recommend you visit and purchase all your business equipment from them. You won’t find better.
This Place sucks. I called to get parts and the parts guy was a complete as$ and was not helpful at all. First he answered the phone with a Attitude and was like this is parts what do you need. I would not recommend this place at all.....
Took a snapper in to have work done to get the electric start working. Over three spent when got the mower home it won’t start.
I’m so glad I took my lawn mower to Sarlo’s! A good honest company. Ariel who helped me was kind, personable and knew her stuff. They were able to fix my lawnmower and was a very affordable price. I recommend them and give them 5 stars!
My pull cord on my push mower broke and I couldn’t get the new cord to rewind. Took it there and 2 guys worked on it for 20 minutes and fixed it. They didn’t charge me anything. UNBELIEVABLE. Those guys are the best
The fort Myers location is horrible. Dropped my mower off there and asked that it be ran thru completely as I had just bought it used. I explained what I seen that I felt was wrong and asked that whatever needed to be fixed to just fix it and give me a bill as I need it for my business. A week later I was texted that my mower was ready. 2 days later it went down. I brought it back up there and explained was what going on and again asked for it to be gone thru and addressed. Again a week later they texted me saying it was good to go with a $679 bill the first bill was $189. I was already done for the day so I picked it up and went home. The next day on my 3rd house it wouldn’t even start. Found blown fuse. Called them and brought it up there and they just put a bigger fuse in it which completely melted. Do not bring your mower to these people unless you like spending money for no reason.
This was my first visit to Sarlo Mowers of the Cape. Simply put, they went way above and beyond with their customer service to me. I called them on Monday around 1:00 pm and asked if they could look into repairing my old ECHO GT2000 weed trimmer. They said yes, bring it in, and they could likely get it back to me by Friday. I took it in, expecting to just drop it off BUT when I explained to the wonderful service tech, that it was running yesterday, after I had replaced the carburetor, fuel lines, and fuel, he took it back into the shop. Just a couple minutes later, I could hear the trimmer motor purring in the shop. Seems the problem was that I merely over choked it, and caused it not to start... Issue solved... NO Wait... NO Charge. Great Service. I'm a big fan.
Once again, I got the mower back and not even completing mowing my front lawn, it broke down again spewing smoke everywhere. I'm not convinced the quality is what it once was. I will be dealing with another company from now on until I can contract with a lawn service. A lot of money has been spent for essentially nothing to show for it on a consistent basis, and too many times I have relied on outside sources to finish mowing my property while my mower has once again been in the repair shop. I don't have the time or the inclination to deal with this level of gross incompetence.
These guys are the best around! Their expert opinions blow the local Lowe's and Home Depots out of the water. I took my mower in for a simple job and got it back quickly at a respectable price! I'll make sure I do all of my business relating to outdoor power equipment through Sarlo in the future and I'm sorry I haven't been doing this in the past!
Had a really bad experience with the ML King location. The customer service manager told me he would check back if anything was going to more than $40/ unit. Turns out they told me 2 of my 3 units were junk and charged $50/ unit to tell me the were junk a total of $100. If you are a new customer be very careful as I felt I trusted them and was taken advantage of
