I stopped in here on December 30th, about 8:45PM with my family, urgently looking for help to receive money through Western Union that a friend was wiring to me. We had been pick-pocketed and all of our cards/money was stolen, so we had nothing but 2 Euros left in my bag to get us through 3 more days of our travels. The man working that night I did not get his name, but wish I had asked was so kind and helpful. He was trying to assist me with getting my money through Western Union, but my friend back in the US was unsuccessful in sending the money because the machine she tried using was broken. So my family and I were still stuck without money. No way to get water, food or train tickets to the airport, etc. for the next 3 days and in the next country we were flying to. The man working this night gave me some euros and insisted that I take the money. I asked if I could paypal him the money, but he said not to worry. He said I could return the next day and repay him once I finally received my Western Union money from my friend in the morning. And again, he still said not to worry, just help another human who is in need one day. He was so generous and helpful! If it weren't for him, I truly am not sure what we would have done with just 2 Euros for the next 3 days since we were having issues with Western Union. I wasn't worried about myself, moreso just making sure I could feed my 3 year old daughter. I did not have a chance to return to the store the next day to repay him after we finally received our wired money, because we had to catch a flight for the next part of our trip. If there is any way someone can provide me his name, I would like to send a check. Or even his email address so I can send him the money through PayPal! Thank you, again, for helping us out and for being so compassionate! It's people like you who still make the world a good place! <3

I don't understand the bad comments, as I am going to this place at least one time a week and I have never been disapointed. All the salesman have been very patient and Kind, doing all they can to help. I often see customers going insanely aggressive and impatient with colis, as if their where talking to robots, forgetting that this is a pick up place, not the Mondial relay offices. Please don't forget that the salesman are working hard all day, and that being agressif will not help changing anything.
