I have been using SAS for 5 years. Then recommend SAS to my boyfriend. He got the first pair last year . He loved it! and then he just bought another pair last week. He felt comfortable in the store but didn’t feel right and fit in couple days, he went back and changed to a new size without conditions. The ladies who work there are very nice and very helpful.

I love this shoe store and Rena was so very helpful and a pleasure to work with.  She went above and beyond to assist me with my search for the perfect fitting shoes for me & my feet and I truly appreciate her assistance.

I was nervous going to SAS since I wasn't sure what I was doing. My daughter and I walked in and the cashier greeted us and told is about the history of the store. We picked out shoes and she measured my feet. The cashier went painstakingly through the store and picked out shoes she though would be best for me. She even checked the computer to order stock in colors I was preferring for my size. She was so patient and kind. The store was very clean. I'll definitely be going back to add to my collection. It is nice to finally know what size shoe I actually am.

I have worn SAS Shoes for over 10 years.  Made in America and you cannot beat the quality.  This is a great location and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

My SAS shoes have finally given up after 25+ years.  And I fully intend to purchase a new pair.  The only thing I’hate’ is the fact that the location I went to has closed and it seems they’re no longer open on Sunday.:

She takes time with her customers to make sure they have what they need and are satisfied. This is my second time at the Kennesaw location and service is always on point.

Ms. Renea was amazing! She showed excellent customer service. I called ahead a day earlier to see if the shoes were available a gift for my grandmother. Cameron was very helpful over the phone. Renea was so helpful in the store. Definitely will be back!

I'll give them two stars because I absolutely love SAS shoes. I have been shopping at this location for 5 years now. And I have had excellent service up until tonight. I called 30 mins before close to see if they had a product in stock. The associate told me they did and put it behind the counter for me. I've bought this exact size and style several times already and she could see that on my profile. I just needed to grab and go. At 10 mins until closed, I called again. I had just driven 45 minutes in poring down rain to get to here in time. At 6:50 I realised I wouldn't be able to make it until 7:05 according to my GPS due to I75 traffic. I called to ask her if I could come by at 7:05 because I knew the doors would be locked at 7:00. Remember, at this point the only thing I need is sitting on the counter next to her. She said she couldn't wait because she was having dinner with her husband. I was in the parking lot at 7:05 trying to find another place in Kennesaw to get my shoes cause I need them for a 5k this weekend and I am trying to get them broken in. She left at 7:25. I am beyond livid. I understand that a businesses hours are set, but this supposed to an old fashioned store with old fashioned values. Their shoes may be classic Americana, made beautifully with both comfort and durability, but their store seems to have lost the value of customer service! I ended up ordering my shoes online with free two day shipping at a lower price from Amazon. I will never return to this location because I do not feel valued as a customer. If I need to go to a store, I'll gladly drive the extra 20 mins to get to a different location.

Great product, no doubt about it, they sell the most comfortable shoes. Unfortunately they are over priced out of most people's budgets, I don't understand how they even stay open. :- I certainly may need a product like theirs but can't afford $200.00 to $300.00 + for a pair of shoes!
