Sassafras Buying Policy
*All items must come from a smoke free home and are free of stains, tears, and any pet hairs.
We process trade-ins from 2-4:30 Monday, and 11:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday-Friday. We do not process on Saturdays for clothing, but you can drop items off. No appointment is needed. We have high standards for the merchandise we sell; therefore, we carry only top quality, current fashion. Bring in your clean, current, gently-used items in TOTES OR BOXES. Sign in at the counter. Shop while we process your items, or you may drop and go. In some instances we will require a 24 processing time. We will contact you when we are finished. Any items not claimed within 48 hours of contact will be considered the property of Sassafras as we do not have room to store extras.
*Discounts/coupons do not apply when using in-store credit, this includes our Sassy Saver punch cards.
We offer cash/in-store credit or consignment on equipment. Make sure your items are clean and ready for the sales floor - the better they look, the more you make.
*When using in store credit, sales tax must be paid in cash.
*Handmade items are excluded from use of in store credit
